Rude and disrespectful. The employees here have for sure degraded badly. Please find new people

You're employees might need to learn what customer service is. A better idea would be to replace them with an automated system.

When you have to fight with someone to do their job. I won't shops inside this store again. They just want to pawn you off on self check out instead of just ringing someone up. Great your baking but I don't want self check out.
