Have been using Circle L for a long time. Especially for all our puppy needs. they are very helpful and very caring with all our puppies when they are brought in for health checks and puppy shots. They call after every visit to check on the wellbeing on them after a visit which I find extremely helpful. All the techs are extremely friendly and helpful and the Vets are the best.

We boarded our 3 dogs there over the weekend. They took very good care of them. Of course they were very happy to see us on Monday. Thank You, Circle L. Babs

My first experience here was an emergency in 2012. Been my go-to place ever since. Prices are very reasonable and the staff have huge hearts to care for your animals.

If I could leave zero stars I would!I’ve taken all my animals here for 7 years and I keep having issues with the manager.I seen blood on the floor not being cleaned and it's like 2pm and I watched a woman named Jackie being asked to clean it and her just rubbing it with her foot and leaving with a guy and her dogs.I would say management could change out old fire extinguisher, hire more staff, I noticed that the front desk likes to gossip about each other, the doctors are fine, and I see only one woman in boarding. All the places I seen with boarding has 2 or 3 staff working and not just one.One for opening and one for close and one for the middle staff time.I feel like the owner could change everything and maybe change the manager due to her rarely being there and when I asked when we can talk they said she was scheduled for a time but she didn't show up till 4 hours after she was scheduled.

Get second opinions! My foster Chihuahua went in for abdominal pain and was told that she had grade 3 patellar luxation on left and grade 2 on her right and that she needed surgery that was 2700.00! I took her for a second opinion and turns our she doesn't have any of that, a very slight luxation on one leg but that is all. How could they be so off? Would have been terrible to have a 5lb chi have knee surgery when there was nothing wrong with it. I knew it couldn't be right, she walks fine and shows no signs of luxating patella, especially severe as they said it was.

Just taking a moment to recognize the staff at Circle L Animal Hospital for the exceptional care they took with our senior dog Piper yesterday when we had to put her to sleep. Her health deteriorated rapidly over the past few days and we made the gut-wrenching decision to free her from her failing body. We had not yet established with a veterinarian since moving here and I was prepared for an endless round of phone calls to different vets in the Quad Cities area to find someone who could fit us in, but from the start, the staff of Circle L was sensitive and supportive and able to accommodate us that day. We were an absolute mess when we got Piper to the office, but the entire staff was so caring and compassionate and treated our girl with the utmost kindness and respect. Dr. Armstrong and her team of professionals truly focused on us as a family, and gave Piper so much attention and love. Their gentle professionalism and genuine empathy will go a long way in helping us navigate our new normal without Piper. Thank you, Circle L Animal Hospital.

Call the hospital to see if I could get an appointment for an eye injury and they told me I had to call between 8:00 and 8:05 to see if I could get an appointment for that day! Well they don't even answer their phone at 8:00 or 8:05. I left two messages with them and they said they didn't get it but later told me they did get it and yeah they were going to call me back before they closed sure!

We have used circle l for 30 plus years. Won't go anywhere else! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, easy to work with, payment options can be arranged till bill is paid. Never had a more caring and knowledgeable staff/ veterinarians that will do their very best to help your animals get well. If there is but one choice left they will tell you that too! On 4/5/23 I had to lay my lab, chow, husky down who had liver & spleen cancer and was bleeding internally! I will never let any of my animals suffer ever! So I asked Dr. Armstrong to please put Mr. Zwiggles to sleep and end his suffering. I was there with my buddy right through the end as I always have with all of my fur babies! Yes it's very hard to do that, but it's the right thing to do!!

Our cat came here to see the vet and she was AMAZING. We are now transferring our dogs care here as well. I rather me and my pets be treated with kindness instead of the rude snarky attitude we got at a Prescott vets office.

I left them a voicemail about my cat having pyometra, after getting ovary sparing done six years ago. A lady called me back and said that she spoke with her manager, and they would not be taking my cat in to be seen or treated, she recommended that I bring her to the original vet who had done the ovary sparing procedure, as their vet who does ovary sparing would not be able to help our cat today. I advised her that their clinic shows up as an ovary sparing clinic, and that I had already brought her to the vet clinic who originally did the procedure, and the vet had retired and sold the clinic to a corporate company, and they had no idea about doing ovary sparing. So I asked if I waited for another day to have their vet help my cat, she said that they don't even do ovary sparing on cats, and only on dogs. She recommended that I bring my cat to an emergency clinic.

First time visit with our senior cat. The staff was so sweet and tender with her. Did everything they could not to stress her. Dr. Fran was so wonderful with her - giving her pets, sweet talk, and kisses along with the exam. Every thing was explained to us and and all questions answered.

Great animal loving group of vets and techs. They are the only ones I trust with the health of my animals. I do believe they may be a smidge on the expensive side BUT it really is a case of you get what you pay for, and I for one am willing to pay for the passion, compassion and experience they have.
