Notwithstanding the unavailability of personal banker appointments (they were all booked up!) the Teller (Thalia) was very gracious and brought my issues to Shauna, the Teller Supervisor. Shauna immediately called me to her desk and took care of my wire instantly! This location has a wonderful group of employees, and they always do their best to accommodate customer requests!”
