I was able to get a same day appointment after the Prescott location cancelled my appointment. Staff member was very friendly, and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. All the bad reviews had me worried, but my experience was excellent.

Yes they are busy when they open at 7am. I have found the staff to be kind and courteous. They do their best to move people through. Don't expect them to be chatty. They are busy. I have seen a employee come out to help a person with the sign in computer.

Very kind and efficient. I didn’t have an appointment but was taken within 45 minutes. There were about 8 people ahead of me and a bit of a line when I got there about 15 min before they opened. The phlebotomist Catherine was great. I have tricky veins and she was able to make them cooperate without any pain or discomfort.
