Yes they are busy when they open at 7am. I have found the staff to be kind and courteous. They do their best to move people through. Don't expect them to be chatty. They are busy. I have seen a employee come out to help a person with the sign in computer.

Made an appointment several weeks ago for this morning, and even received a reminder email yesterday morning. Drove over 30 minutes to get there, only to find that it was closed with a sign on the door stating they were closed October 16-18. A phone call, text or email notifying me of the closure would have been nice.

I walked in with orders for my 5-year-old son today hesitant because of reviews but this is the lab insurance covered so we came here. The woman at the front desk was also our phlebotomist like many reviews said but we had no issues. She was super kind and helpful at the desk despite us not having an appointment and she answered all of my questions. When she drew blood, she was quick and kept the atmosphere light for my son who hates having his blood drawn after a recent hospital stay. The office was clean and those in the waiting room weren’t there by the time we were done with our draw.I know every office can have good days and bad days— same with individuals. But I wouldn’t hesitate to bring any of my family here.To the ladies at the office, thank you! I couldn’t have hoped for a better experience for my son or myself as his worried momma!

Very kind and efficient. I didn’t have an appointment but was taken within 45 minutes. There were about 8 people ahead of me and a bit of a line when I got there about 15 min before they opened. The phlebotomist Catherine was great. I have tricky veins and she was able to make them cooperate without any pain or discomfort.

No issue. Efficient check in, 20 minute wait, but there were 8 people ahead of me. No problem finding my vein. Piece of cake!

Front desk is rude and annoyed they have to deal with people. All I needed was to ask to what they needed from an order the dr emailed me such as specimen cups and was told follow directions on the kiosk and we will get to you when there is an available time. I would rather go to Sonora quest in prescott 15 miles away than this location less than a mile from my house.

I have been going here for years & today was my final time. Every time I have to have Cat do my blood draw she fishes in my veins & hits nerves & leaves bruises. She is very rude & won't this to the patient who lives in their body every day. She needs to be let go. And don't get me started on the wait time

I have been going to this same Labcorp location for 14 years and my experience has always been very good. The staff is very professional and friendly and the person that took my blood samples was great! I recommend this Labcorp to all.

They open at 7 and should be prepared for people to come in before they go to work or getting it over early because they have to fast. The older woman at the desk complained to us waiting in line that we should expect to wait because we were wrong for coming in early to get it over and get on with our day. Wait was almost 1 and a half hours, check in machine not working well. Older woman has yelled at me twice when drawing my blood, thank goodness, today l got the younger woman. Impossible to get an appointment. But currently they are the only place in Chino Valley, next time I'm driving to Prescott!

I have never had an issue at this location. I am not sure why so many people have an issue with this place. I am usually in and out rather quickly and the ladies who help me or take my blood have always been very nice. At least you can get an appointment here unlike Prescott or Prescott Valley.

Impossible to reach by phone. Had an appointment at 1:45. Got in after 3! No hustle in office by the women. They were all having their socializing laughter and easy going conversations while the waiting room was packed. They don't care! LabCorp in general does NOT want a productive, personable, empathetic, public association.We are just numbers, it's all mechanical. Having to make appointments online is symptomatic of the issue!!!

For best results, schedule an appointment and fill out the paperwork online. (Your local library has computers). When you arrive, click on the confirmation email. The staff will text you when they are ready for you to come in. When I entered the office, it was Covid compliant. The room was full of masked walk-in patients. I was called to the desk in about two minutes, paid for my visit, and then verified insurance, etc. I was immediately taken back to the lab draw area. The phlebotomist was so efficient that I never even felt the stick. I was out the door in less than five minutes and the walk-in patients were still there. Make an appointment, people. Do a dry run to locate the facility. Review the hours online. Failure to plan on your part does not constitute an emergency on the part of the staff. I do not know the staff, nor do I remember their names. However, I am a former RN. This is a pandemic and they are risking their lives daily, hourly to provide care. I appreciate the Covid protocols and the efficient service.

There was a little wait due to amount of people waiting and only one person working at desk today. I was a walk-in so appointments first. I was nervous due to either trouble finding my vein and having to get picked a few times. Marina is the one who drew my blood, she was awesome I didn’t even feel anything. Thank You Marina for your awesome customer service and the Great work that you do in drawing my blood.
