I've been living in Chino Valley a while and have bought many guns and supplies at Mazy's over the years and it has always been a pleasant and helpful experience.

I bought a gun with a faulty optic. The owner replaced the optic free of charge.

Best place in the tri-city area to get premium cigars, pipes, and other tobacco accessories, even as a beginner. Excellent selection of firearms and a talented gunsmith on site to boot. I went in today to buy a cigar or 2 for my birthday, and Jennifer was incredibly helpful and was very knowledgeable in their selection.

It's one thing to be completely rude to your customers (which they are). It's something else to be completely clueless and incompetent. I thought I would give them one more chance. Big mistake. Lesson learned for good this time. I'll never go in there again and spend my $. No idea how these idiots can stay in business!

Grouchy miserable old man who has no idea what customer service is. Owner is rude and condescending not to mention inept and incompetent. Have heard the exact same thing from other customers. No idea how he stays in business treating his customers the way he does!

Wanted to have a firearm transfered to them and apparently they do not have or know what a transfer form is... Thought I wanted a copy of his FFL license. Immediately went to J&Gs and was handed one.

Chino Valley resident for 10+years. Double Gunsite Grad, shooting USPSA, IDPA, variety of shotgun/rifle matches with Sundog Shooters down at Storm Ranch range. Averaging about 1200 rnds a week between match and practice. Did my own reloading.Dave Mazy, excellent gunsmith, and his shop kept me going. Fair prices and fine work on everything I was using. I've been gone for some years, current reviews say nothing much has changed. The "Old guy with the beard" was always a little prickly, but honest and truthful about his business. These can be hard times for small, local business. Glad to see y'all are still serving the folks there.

Great small business with very friendly staff. I was just looking for a m-lok picatinny rail for my AR Pistol and after reading some reviews I was hesitant. But the reviews couldn't have been the furthest from the truth. I was greeted with customer service and left with customer satisfaction. Large variety of ammo, guns and accessories. I will definitely be a return customer!

Most of the people who work here are rude and act like you're just an inconvenience. I bought something from them because I wanted to support their business. I was willing to spend more than I normally would for them to build me an AR that was similar to the M16 I first trained with in the Marines 20 years ago. I ended up just buying a lower and I honestly should have just walked out dealing with the older, heavy set man with a grey beard. He was unwilling and didn't care to answer basic questions. He didn't seem to know much about the basic components of the most popular rifle in the country. Don't expect a "thanks, have good rest of your day" after giving them your money for something you can get for the same or less elsewhere. I'll take my business to another local shop where people who actually want my business will show courtesy and respect.
