Four stars is only because when you call the company's main number, you get outsourced, which means your call will be a waste of time except for simple, common questions. Any issue not in their script will only bring frustration, but they'll give you the number of this specific location, and they're worth dealing with. Still recommend, despite the outsourcing...as long as they continue to give out the number for the local office. If not, remember that outsourcers will put you on hold and never come back when they cannot answer your off script qyestion.”

“My only complaint is that they send an email a week before my due date saying my invoice is ready, which would be fine except the system won't allow me to make the payment until the actual due date. And once I had an issue logging in to pay it and had to make the payment over the phone and was charged a ridiculous fee to do so. As far as them staying in contact of any changes or if they suspect there has been an issue, even if it's not with my unit they let you know right away and encourage you to come check on your unit. That I really do appreciate.”
