Before this company was bought out they were amazing. If they needed anything they’d just call, billing was easy and left no questions, I even showed up once and found a new lock on my unit to find out that they required a new type of lock and the young man in the office took it upon himself to throw one on the unit and hang on to the key until I came by needing it. Super friendly, hometown guys.
This new company has sent me countless confusing emails of gibberish, never received a phone call for anything, billing was a metric pain, and even after “e-signing” all the documents I still wasn’t sure everything was handled. They’ve lost their friendly hometown touch.

Great experience. Got to town a couple days early and they took care of me. Took advantage to first 2 months 50% off deal. Easy move in and easy move out. Friendly and very clean safe property with easy access and convenient off of main road. Would use again if the need arises. Highly recommend.

Very easy to work with. They were able to prorate the rent to only pay the first 4 days of the month before we moved out of the storage unit instead of charging me the entire month, which had been communicated to me when I gave notice of move-out date.

Abraham and the other staff we delt with were informative, respectful and helpful. Although, we only rented a short time; we would recommend them to others and if needed, would use them again.

I am very happy with my Storit experience. My belongings were kept in their facility for about 6 months and I was pleased to find them in the same condition as when I placed them there. Abraham was always very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Storit in Chino Valley.

Clean storage facility. Rates start out great, but keep increasing, the usual but still frustrating
