I got the bum's rush today. 1.11.25. No one was in the store except me and one male staff person . I purchased a very expensive phone from Verizon. I asked for technical assistance. . His help was brief because he was told that the focus of the store is sales, not spending time helping people

Beware they are not there to help you with your phone. Only to replace with a new contract and phone. My phone is 100% functional according to Apple. Something on Verizon’s end. Phone only 1 1/2 years old! Find a real Verizon store if you want help! I am sure you appreciate the feedback but the reality is you have none of the tools to diagnose or interact with the phone. At a minimum your employees should contact Apple Support. Which they never did. They told us the phone Was junk and the only option was replacement. They charge fees with no basis in reality and then do not refund it. Either way they are making money off of you and if you choose to replace your phone a three year contract extension and payments for the phone. Prescott Valley Verizon diagnosed the phone as being a problem with their service and replaced the phone 0 charge. Took less than 15 minutes not the hours wasted at your store with people that have no knowledge or ability to help. That is more than likely an issue of training or support. Albeit all they can do is take your time and money with no intent to help!!!

David is so helpful every time we go in. He knows how to navigate thru and set up most anything you need on your phone. Besides being helpful, he is always friendly and professional. He is an asset to our community. Thank you Verizon for employing such a knowledgeable person.

We're not informative enuff. Had our fones turned off then couldn't get them back on. Then gave us a different price for their Verizon phones over 500$ which we were not quoted at beginning!

Personable young men who make it seem like they genuinely are acting in the customer's best interests but then go behind your back and sneak in charges that the customer either didn't agree to or was not made aware of. Specifically an addition to my monthly bill that I neither authorized nor wanted and a sneaky charge of $35 for the new phone set up which they tried to make appear to be the Verizon new device fee by charging the same amount. The sad thing is that I would have happily paid them for their time and energy if they'd been up front about the charge. As it went down I was left with a bad taste in my mouth after what I'd initially felt was a very positive experience.

David is the man if you need anything from Verizon... He is knowledgeable courteous and extremely friendly please give this man a raise whoever runs this place.... chop ,chop , you better give this guy a race quick before Sprint swoops him up....
