easily the most incompetent people i have ever encountered. Always leave here pissed with the lack of customer service or support. I have actually never done any real business with this location because they “can’t” do their jobs. Do better

That's it after living in Chino for more than 20 years I am sick and tired of this place. I finally made the switch to another Pharmacy. The wait times were ridiculous, hours constantly changing over the past few years and customer service is horrible. I have worked in healthcare for 30 years and the pharmacy really could use some training and help.

The bald pharmacist has some dumb no rush policy so whenever he works he wants everyone to slow down, each day THE BALD PHARMACIST is working and I go to pick up my meds they are never ready! These are peoples medications he may not view them as important but he’s not the one who needs them!!! THE BROWN BALD PHARMACIST SHOULD BE FIRED

My doctor sent a prescription over to this pharmacy in chino hills and the first day we went in, the young lady said it wasn't ready yet, she said come back later or tomorrow. We went back the next day and the tall dark male working at the pharmacy said we have to go lunch and started rolling down the window gates. Then he said to me, are you here to just pick up? We said yes, a prescription was sent two days ago and should be ready. He asked my name and looked in the computer then said, oh, the medication you want is over the counter . Then locked up his windows . We found the medication but it was much more expensive. My doctor sent that prescription for a reason , so my insurance would cover it but he did not want to fill it, I'll never go back to Walgreens in chino valley after being an avid customer for years. You lost my business!!!

I have shopped at Walgreens since 2012. They have been in different towns, Sedona, Cottonwood and Chino Valley. The Chino Valley store is the worse Walgreens I have ever shopped at. I realize that it is hard to hire good workers, but you would think they could hire a good Pharmacist! Since 2020 I have been on generic amlodipine 5 grams and 2.5 grams as my blood pressure got better. For the first time I was given a totally different looking pill (pink instead of white) and the pill was larger. I did not know this until I opened the bottle at home. They give you your medication stapled shut in a paper envelope. When I went in today 10/03/23 I was told that the different pills were given because my generic brand was not available and that since I took them home they could not take them back. Now if this was true, they could not get my regular brand the Pharmacist on that day should have brought the pills to me himself and explain to me why they were different and given me the choice to refuse or accept them! Today he immediately went into defense mode and I always say if you have nothing to defend (if you did not do anything) why are you defending! I should have stayed with CVS my medication is free there and I was never given medication that was not what was prescribed.

Walgreens the pharmacy is the disaster. They're having problems receiving prescriptions from providers, the canceling prescriptions, they're not answering their phone, and they seem really overworked and overwhelmed

Not enough staff, always rx delays, inconsistent service, long wait times for phone response. Most disappointing pharmacy in the area.

Called the pharmacy to find out what prescription they were able to fill in today in order for the hospital to release my mother the only person working there refused to answer any questions raised his voice at me refused to give me his name and proceeded to hang up the phone without trying to help at all if this is a reflection of how you treat your customers as a business I’m disgusted with the lack of integrity he showed and hope this behavior will be dealt with.

This is the worst store, pharmacy in the state of Arizona! They have the worst customer service and staff, I'll never do business with this store again. Absolutely the most pathetic store and pharmacy I have ever seen!! The worst Walgreens ever is located in Chino Valley Arizona, off of HWY 89. They have rude staff and a lack of employees. I repeat, do not do business with this store!
