Tuzigoot National Monument is a very cool and interesting historical site. It features the extensive ruins of a Sinagua culture pueblo, offering a sense of the people who lived there hundreds of years ago. The site provides sweeping views of the region and has an awesome general energy. Visitors can take a quick, easy walk around the perimeter to see the ruins and read educational plaques. There is also a small museum on site with an exhibit featuring pottery and other tools that were found there, including a reconstructed room. It is a 30 to 60 minute stop that feels accomplishing. The monument is dog-friendly and connects to other park trails. There is a park fee, but it is free with an America the Beautiful pass or a ticket to Montezuma's Castle. The site has a water fountain, restroom, and plenty of parking. It is well worth it to experience this part of history.
Very awesome place to visit! You can actually go up inside the monument to the top. There’s a small museum at the bottom with really neat artifacts. If you’re a veteran or if you have the America the Beautiful Pass you get in for free!

Pretty cool I enjoyed this a lot it's not a lot of time to spend there really. I think the price of $10 a person may be a little high but the views are amazing and the history is quite good as well.

Great experience! Very helpful staff and volunteers. Just a small piece of the community that was around the Verde River Valley.
