Extremely friendly and helpful staff. They are always smiling and glad to help. Way better that the post office where I used to live. Mail is usually in my box before the after noon. The building could use an update but that doesn’t affect the functionality of it.

I had a few packages left here in error, since I live in Concho but do not have home mail delivery. The clerk took the time to find me on Facebook and private message me that I had a package there! He held it for me to pick up and told me what to do so that it wouldn't be incorrectly routed again. Excellent service.
