Simply put, these folks are price gougers. I inquired about having the wheel bearings on my dual-axle travel trailer inspected and greased and was told that it would cost anywhere from $200 and up depending on time and materials needed. Since it wasn't my first time having this work done, I foolishly assumed that it wouldn't be much more than $200, and I let them do the work. I was charged over $380 for a simple grease job - no replacement bearings or seals. That is more than double what I ever paid before or since, and I have this work done yearly. Live and learn. Unless you are stuck, take your business elsewhere, for sure.Service: General repairs & maintenance

On 4/7/22, my windshield had a crack. I asked Mischel if someone could access the damage. I had a three hour drive home and wanted to make sure my windshield was safe. Within minutes, Michele was ready to help me. Not only did she have fantastic customer service skills, her knowledge about windshield damage was professional and trustworthy. I was a stranger passing through Congress and she made me feel like one of her regular customers. Thank you, Michelle and B & B Automotive! ?

I unfortunately can't remember the gentleman name, but I can tell you he is indeed a life saver!! Tuesday afternoon moving my son and his family from Arizona to Nevada caught a flat in my son's Mercedes Benz and had not tools to change the tire, we had a spare but for some reason it wouldn't hold air. We took the spare the B and B and he was able to fix the spare and was nice enough to go a few miles down the road after hours to help us with changing the tire and getting us back on the road. He was so friendly and knowledgeable, we wanted to pay him but he refused so I am writing this review to say THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH !!!! No body stopped to help but you went out of your way to make sure we were good, your kindness was so very needed and appreciated. May your business prosper and flourish because of the kind caring person you are. My entire family thanks you for helping us get to Las Vegas safely, took us while, but we made it !!!!! Very professional I was on my way to Flagstaff with the family when our radiator blew the crew took it right in to get is back on the road when they noticed other issues, long story short they let me store our rv and truck at thire place so we could still enjoy Flagstaff, a million Thanks to Corey and Cheri Fite as well as thire awesome crew for thire generosity.

To be clear these people had mixed local reviews, however, after talking to Bubba he presented them well enough to give me the confidence to take my car in for a diagnosis. Much to my dismay when I picked my car up my security system was completely fubar and no longer works at all. Even though I took the car in for something completely different. Wish I had not taken my car there.
