“Stayed in Congress during the winter snowbirding. Staff at this post office is friendly and helpful. My only issues is this post office doesn't have any delivery (letter carriers). Its absurd that in 2024, there is no mailmen or mailwomen delivering mail in this town? They also will hold mail under general delivery for only 30 days and if you're in town longer then they want you to pay for a PO box which is a money grab. Regardless what the excuse is (or reason) our tax dollars and postage should pay for mail delivery in this town. Hire letter carriers or rural delivery contractors! No excuse that UPS and FedEx will deliver to an address in Congress AZ but USPS will not...”
