I set up an appointment for 11:30 in the morning and no one showed upAfter talking with 7 different people over an hour and a halfs time I finally spoke to a woman named Tib, who was very pleasent and worked with me and und my frustration and they gave me a new appointment later that day and also covered the cost of the filing.
