My packages have traveled around the U.S. instead of going from Phoenix to Tucson. My current packages left Phoenix, AZ to travel to Coolidge, AZ where it has been for almost 5 days. On their own website, it says it could be because of human error. They hire people who can't read?

The carriers here are horrible. Packages have been lost and mis delivered a number of times. I have received my neighbors mail a number of times. Then to put the icing on the cake the office barely answers the phone or when I do get someone on the line about an issue or trying to follow up the communication always falls though so issues just never get resolved!

I had a mishap happen with a package of mine being put in a parcel locker that was a different number on the parcel key and I put the key in wrong the first time and after talking on the phone with a guy who works here about where it could be he told me it was at the locker I went too so I went back and it was correct he also told me he would come take a look at it and he actually did follow up appreciate that!

Terrible customer service. They NEVER answer the phone. A package can arrive at their facility and it might take two or three days to get delivered. Tracking shows it is in their hands but for some reason they just sit on it. The only good customer service at this post office is if you go inside and are lucky enough to get Rudy. He is always helpful and pleasant. Not sure what everyone else does there but they certainly don't answer the phones or deliver packages in a timely manner. Something needs to be done but I disagree with the reviewer who says to privatize the postal service; that would only result in higher prices and worse service (for example, UPS and FedEx).

They WILL try to seal your packages at the very least hold them hostage there is a shipping business in the Safeway plaza go there instead don’t let the thieves in Coolidge steal more packages for themselves

I’ve had enough with this post office!!! Mail is always getting lost and I expected a package yesterday which says delivered and never received it. And I’ve had tax information and important mail in the past lost and never recovered. Not to mention they don’t want to help you or speak to you. I’ve sent a few emails and tried speaking to an agent and got cancelled out. Do better Coolidge!!

I really love the front counter service here and how when I call this office, they respond quickly than most post offices I’ve been to however my carrier for Heartland Ranch has been screwing up my deliveries multiple times. I’m not sure if the guy we have is a new carrier but I really miss the old carrier lady we had before this guy became out normal carrier now. Not only that but they keep marking my package as “held at post office by customer request” and I never even request it
