Ivan was wonderful! He readily assisted me when I needed to print a photo from my cellphone. I was in a time crunch, but he successfully addressed my needs while helping other customers. One in a million. 20 gold stars out of 10..!

Destiny, a tech in the pharmacy is constantly rude. That is unless other co-workers are within ear shot. Even the others that work the front of store agree that she is ridiculous & rude. She goes the extra mile to inconvenience customers. Terrible bedside manner as well. Most of us don't feel well when in the store; she makes things worse by being curt and condescending. Worst service ever at Walgreens. I've switched to Safeway and much happier there!

Management is the core of any business. This Pharmacy needs a manager. Try calling the pharmacy- you will have a person answer and say( Walgreens pharmacy hold please ) immediately put you on hold without your response. And they repeat this process until you hang up. This can go on at least 30 minutes or more. This is constant not occasionally.They are frequently out of medication also. Not good- they deal with prescription medications. People are prescribed medication for a reason- not having prescription medication can cause serious health risks for the individual needing them. I do not recommend this Pharmacy.

App say my medicine was to be filled by 0945 am on Tuesday, September 13th, 2022. I was needing to get back to work as an OTR Truck Driver. I go in at 1720, after them telling me it was going to be brought to them at 1600, to pick up the medication and they tell me it is not going to be ready until tomorrow. I can't wait any longer and had it transferred closer to my jobs office in Utah and they said they would have it filled before I came in. A little more care needs to be taken when involved with patients that have time and temperature sensitive medications. Also, the customer service from the am and pm pharmacy techs is extremely lacking the bedside manners, when it comes to their jobs.

This store closes at 7pm Instead of 8pm due to issues with their lights outside.. I called and spoke with Judy who advised they are not "temporarily closed" as suggested when googling. So the information is incorrect as shown.

I left there crying. If your old and STILL don’t understand the concept of customer service what are you doing with your life? I had the unfortunate luck of getting Bill to be the one to take my babies passport picture. I mentioned to bill that I needed the picture done asap to get an emergency passport to go to my moms funeral. And my baby just like any other baby was crying. As he stood there looking so annoyed after the third try he repeatedly kept mentioning to come back another day I walk around to let her calm down I come back to him and again after a few tries and looking irritated he said to just come back another day. I left crying because I’ve already went through a bunch of obstacles trying to make sure I can make it to my mothers funeral I didn’t think that an employee at Walgreens would make it even harder for me. I have never worked at a place where I was allowed to tell a customer to come back another day because I was inconvenienced as the employee. I come back the next day and after we were able to successfully take her picture he made me wait until he helped out every customer in the entire store before he rang me up. It was like a joke almost so I got in line after about 8 min of waiting for the other customers he helped someone else came behind me in line (I’ve already been waiting 15min at this point if not more) and he tells me that he’s going to help out the person behind me so I’m just standing there like an idiot with a crying child idk how or in what way that was ok.

WOW!!! THIS COOLIDGE WALGREENS PHARMACYIS EXTRA SPECIAL. I CAN'T EVER GET SOMEONE THAT KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING. ITS A WONDER WHY THEY HAVE BAD REVEIWS.... This Walgreens is the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. The hold the waiting is very annoying. I should have looked at the reviews before I chose this location for my prescription.
