I love this store! Every time I come to this location, it is clean, organized and everyone is so friendly and helpful! Especially the manager! I've been to other locations that do not have the same warmth. This one is just always at the top of my list.

Look at your receipts closely, always ask for receipts and check them, I've been charged for a carton of eggs twice now when I only had one they rang them up twice. LIKE EGGS AREN'T ENOUGH, not the first time.

Everytime I go into the Dollar General and try to use a corporate coupon it does not take the coupon off the price. The Manager or Assistance Manager always say they can't do anything about it and to contact the General Dollar Corporate office, even after I show them the coupon. If the Dollar General app is not being honored by this store. Sounds like the Arizona BBB or Az Attorney Generals Office should do something about this false advertisement.

Great store with a hard working staff! This store sees its share of traffic and regardless of what they may be dealing with I am always met with a smile and a pleasant greeting when I shop here!

Store needs some help. I have lived in the area for only two months and have realized that it is not just this location of Dollar general but every other one has the same problem.Shelves empty for long periods of time. It always seems like they have plenty of employees but the Shelves are still empty.Regular items and even the store brands are empty. Some items get stocked and sell out in a couple days and then empty for 2 to 3 weeks.Some are empty since I moved to the area 2 months ago. I guess they don't mind loosing business to Family Dollar or 2 other small stores in town. Just don't forget to stock up when you're in Prescott Valley or Camp Verde. Sad.

What is going on with the empty shelves and boxes full of inventory all over the floor and down the aisles. Carts just sitting full of boxes every time I went in there. I've asked and they just say they can't keep it stocked because people are buying stuff so fast. Really? Family dollar doesn't have that issue. Neither does the DG In Prescott Valley or Camp Verde. Who is the district mgr??? Don't they ever visit the store to see the mess? Wow....

People working here are great. Shelves empty. Have to go to family dollar for what's needed or drive 40 miles to Walmart. This is sad.

DG is...... OKAY. In Cordes Lakes, where I live and the Dollar General that I'm reviewing, is pretty much just okay. I go there almost every day and yet they are always out of stock on most everything! I don't know WHY I continue to go there and see if they have what I need, but I do. And, as usual, I need to go over to Family Dollar where they are almost always stocked up on everything I need or want. So, even though the prices are good, I don't recommend the Dollar General. Simply because they never have what you want!!
