“I’m writing my first review on google for Justin Rosset and Sarah Rosset, the owners and technicians of Rosset Wrenching & Red Desert Motorsports. I have had the pleasure of working with them for several years now, and I can confidently say that their expertise and dedication are unparalleled.Justin and Sarah are not only highly skilled technicians but also passionate about their work. Their attention to detail and commitment to providing top-notch service is evident in every project they undertake. Whether it's repairing a vehicle, tuning an engine, or maintaining equipment, they always went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.One of the things that truly sets Justin and Sarah apart is their knowledge and experience in automotive & Motorsports. They stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and techniques, allowing them to tackle even the most complex challenges with ease. Their ability to diagnose and fix problems efficiently is truly remarkable. Someone said once, “Finnaly found (Rosset W.), a REAL technician in Northern AZ,” I agree entirely. While Justin and Sarah work together to find the problems of your car, truck, suv, atv, utv, dirt bike (the list goes on and for me I finally had a tech that could fix all my vehicles without the hassle of having to find a diesel tech for my truck, power sport tech for my quad/boat, or small engine tech for my wife’s jeep.After they find the true issue to your vehicle, in little to no time using their hands on based knowledge with some help of their top of the line Diag equipment, Justin begins the repair while his wife Sarah takes care of finding parts, price matching and availability. Even pickup/delivery of parts after the diagnostic, that same day and while Justin begins the removal of the faulty part, then ready for the new part by the time Sarah returns with highly reomkcned parts, with lifetime or extended warranties, whileI watch them work as a team to finish the install I saved the most utilizing their amazing, priced fairly, fixed right the first time, individually based, services. Their hourly rate is far under what it should be for what they offer. If you want a shop you can trust, that is also mobile, you got the right couple for the job! They come highly recommend by my experience.”

“HONEST, CAPABLE, CONSISTENT.Henry, Pauline and Austin, handled business again.I've brought my 2004 BMW X3 here fordifferent items since 2020. At other mechanics, I've had businesses including BMW corporate dealerships quote me a price without even performing full diagnostics and try to charge thousands for stuff that wasn't even causing the problem.Henri worked with BMW for more than 20 years, and it shows in how he diagnoses, quotes, and completes repairs.Henri has diagnosed problems on-site and remotely for me, and performed repairs that worked. He has never tried to charge me for something I didn't need and always been more than fair with pricing when material items like re-wrapping electrical wires came up as necessity, mid-repair.I would never take a performance car with a lot of complex inner workings to any other mechanic if it could he avoided. I can only afford to have honest mechanics do work on this car, and Henri's the best I've found after giving 4 corporate and 3rd parties a shot.”

“I am from Maryland, and I owned an automotive supply company, and I know who are the good guys and ladies to take the cars too and the bad ones. When I moved here, I have no idea who to take it to. Somebody told me about Herb, and I'm glad they did. He is retired I believe, and I now don't know who to trust. Unlike the dealer, he only did the maintenance that was necessary. If you take your car to the dealer, they will sell you crap that you don't need, believe me. I've been in the automotive supply business for almost 40 years. Herb, don't retire yet. Lol. “As always, Ryan and team came through again today! A rodent had nibbled through some of my Jeep’s wiring and had sensor lights going off in my instrument panel. On extremely short notice, Ryan diagnosed where the culprit had been dining, fixed the problem and had me back on the road within an hour! This is the fourth vehicle we’ve had Black Hills Auto Electric repair for us in the last three years. Superb value — wouldn’t even know where else to take our vehicles when problems arise. “+JMJ Monday 10 October 2022. First time visit. Mainly stopped by because I needed someone to check air in my tires. Love that full service is offered at this newly renamed service station (formerly called 'Spirit' service station.) Would seem the attendant was working solo and he was trying to be available to all coming in for service. When my turn came he took care of the business of filling my car and putting air in all my tires. Nice gentleman. Since reading some of the reviews, thought I was ask about servicing my car, but overheard him speaking to someone who had just arrived asking how busy he was. The attendant stated that there could be availability at the end of the month. I may check with him in November, since I prefer to support local independent dealers.”

“This afternoon my lifted truck was stuck on an embankment off dry creek road. Left rear tire up 3’ off the ground. Jaws towing came and couldn’t do the job. After waiting four hours I called Black Hills towing and Anthony came to our rescue! He was a rock star. He was able to get my truck out without a scratch! Drove it home! Anthony was very professional, prompt and extremely knowledgeable. If it wasn’t for home we’d be spending the night in Sedona. Thank you Anthony!!!!!!”
