the Dr seems okay , but the staff just walks in , never introduces them selves ,and just goes to work . We had to put our dog down , but the procedure was the worst experience ever . The tech ( Dr never showed up) injected our dog who started yellping, gasping for breath with eyes bulging out of his head. Finally collapsing unconscious with his tongue hanging out .The tech administered two more injections , and he was gone . The tech didn’t know what happened , and I never had a follow up from any staff or Dr.

Dr. Ohler was the best. Not so sure about the new owners/policy’s. We’ve been taking our two Great Danes to this clinic for the last 5 years. Our 5 year old Dane got bloat which is life threatening within an hour or two. My wife called to let them know we were on our way and they said they had no openings. I then called and pleaded that this is life threatening if not treated right away and please just do something.. same answer with no further explanation. I understand if we weren’t already a customer as it’s not a pet hospital. But very bummed of the service as we have been customers for years. Ended up having to drive all the way to flagstaff and our dog unfortunately passed just a few minutes after we arrived. Who’s knows if they would have let us come in maybe he would be alive today. Im not aware what the standard vet etiquette is on something like this but am very surprised and sad on the customer service with this.

Very happy with this vet. My Dane was immediately at ease here. They answered all my questions and were extremely nice and helpful.

Dr Kelly is sweet and caring. The staff treats us good. My only gripe is dental costs. My dog came in for dental work and we were charged the full amount to pull 10 teeth with anesthesia. My little dog now has 15 teeth out of 42. So not only did we get charged the full amount for the removal of teeth, but we were charged full amount ($370) for cleaning the very few teeth she has. It just doesn't seem fair.

CPC was taken over by another vet practice, but service is still top notch. Dr. Chamrell and staff are very caring for my animals, and are generally flexible with appointments. I hate to praise her for fear of so many other patients taking spots I may need, but she is definitely worth seeing. I would recommend using this vet.

I called the Cornville Pet Clinic to make an appointment for my sick dog, a clinic patient for years. The person who answered the phone was insulting and short with me. When I tried to ask her a question, she hung up on me. I never write reviews, but sharing my experience to help others was necessary. I was distraught over my dog, and I still can not believe the lack of care on the part of this staff member. Luckily I could call another veterinarian clinic and get help for my emergency with my beloved dog.

Sad these new owners took over; horrible service. Thought I would try them a second time after they couldn't even give an allergy shot right a few months. Horrible customer service this morning on the phone; when I called back to cancel my appointment and told her to send my dogs records to another veterinarian she actually said "good" ; definitely don't need business I guess.I Sure miss the original owners!Don't even waste your time at this Place !!!

Our pup Jonah became seriously ill just before Dr. Oler left, diabetes. After Dr. Kelly arrived we learned Jonah also had Cushings. After 2 glucose curves (all day visits) and juggling jonahs insulin we finally got his diabetes under control. All the techs have enormous hearts...even when Jonah had had enough poking and being crated. Being a sick dog, a worried pup mom...the prices were right in line...the care was great. Taking over an office and almost all the patients as well as bringing their old patients with them...is an enormous task. Patience for getting in...getting seen....is seriously important....for us to consider. We are still going thru issues and we will rely on Cornville Pet clinic.

Showed up for my dogs scheduled surgery and they had no record of the appointment. They said they were unable to work him in and we would need to reschedule. Interesting that we had the time to show up, NPO status, and knew the fee without an appointment. Explained I had taken the day off, but they said to reschedule. Asked for copy of shot records that were so light they were unreadable. No efforts were made for service recovery. Do not recommend this Vet!

Dr Oler was nice and competent, can't same the same of some of the rude staff. They billed me for an incorrect drug and when I objected they were especially crass. These folks have moved on, as have we.... heard a new doc took over, hopefully he is a better manager...untrained, rude staff does matter.
