I've had dogs my whole life and I've never experienced such a frustrating vet before. I spent $642 on my two pets. Of which didn't even solve the problem. I was out of my older dogs carprofen. The stand in Vet gave her an injection, which didn't help her. Told me to wait for a week of which she was off her daily pain medication Carprofen. I went in a week later explaining that she was not seeing improvement from the injection but was showing signs of more difficulty with her movement in her hips. This Vet only has Rimadyl and doesn't carry carprofen, the RX they were prescribing was over $100 for a month. I said I can't afford that, Carprofen works and is $40 a month. I had to purchase something so I went ahead with a week of the Rimadyl for $33 and was given a paper RX for carprofen to find another pharmacy to fill it. Fine I went back to work the next 5 days and had misplaced the paper script. I've tried calling the Vet and having to deal with employees who are incompetent answering the phone, placing me on long holds and then coming back without acknowledgement that I had been waiting for 10 minutes for someone. Then to top it off with we can't do anything for you. The vet was not willing to give me another script bc I had lost the first one. They told me to order chewy in which that would take an extra 5 days to get here and my senior pet would then be forced again without her pain medication. I said this is unacceptable I'm trying to make sure my older dog is not in pain and they are making me jump thru hoops on this. Worst experience ever. Don't waste your time with this Vet, go anywhere else and you'll be better off than here.

My dogs love the staff and Dr. Flannery. We've been going there for nearly seven years and I know my dogs are well taken care of and loved.

To all who are involved with Animal Park animal hospital. I just want to say I have been with them for 15yrs I moved to SC and have had an issue with our new Vet. Animal park could not find it to call in a prescription for her heart worm I offered to send records from the new vet however I am quite sure we made a mistake with them. All I Can say is Dr Burnes was great this Flannery person which we saw once and her children were in there as tecks is horrible. Do not ever go there!!

Very disappointing when you spend thousands of dollars here over seven years, and get screwed..We took our Dog in to have minor surgery for small growth removal. Everything when fine until we realized they did not remove the largest one on back. Called in, mentioned issue and came back a week later, for a follow-up to our concerns. They would not honor and fix the error.Never went back again; truly greed orientated practice . Payed $700.00 for a botched surgery.Shame on the owners! Buyer beware!! Very happy with our new veterinarian practice.

Recently moved to Clarkdale and we're getting our two pups established. A neighbor suggested the folks at AAH and we couldn't be happier that we chose them as our go to Vet. The staff are pleasant and give you the attention you require when it comes to your best friends. The establishment is clean and modern which is a big plus. No need to hesitate and read reviews of the others. Just know we are sticklers for making sure our pups have the best care.

My dog was struck by a car. Took her to Airpark, telling them the dog was hit by a car and it was an emergency. Waited over 45 minutes for them to do the Xrays, then telling me that the dog was bleeding internally. Gave them permission to do the surgery, only to be told that they didn't do emergency surgery there. That they were not an emergency facility. By the time I called Oak Creek and they told me to get the dog to Sedona immediately, my dog had bled to death internally. I cannot say that my dog would have been saved at Oak Creek, but the failure to announcetheir inability to treat emergencies, and the time wasted for theirsole intent to capture the $540 they charged me for incapable efforts, may have made a difference. I would never give them another thought for care of an animal, considering that their only motivation is profit. While they need to make a profit, the PRIMARY concern should have been the welfare of the animal.

We love the Airpark Animal Hospital. Our dogs have been patients there since they opened their doors. Dr. Flannery and her staff are very competent and very caring.

This clinic and every staff member I received help from gets the highest, most excellent marks from me! My first ever visit taking a relative’s older greyhound for her routine check-up, vaccine shots, and nail clippings was all-around very pleasant and comfortable. From the professionalism and friendliness of Karen to Celeste and all the staff in between, just very happy that this veterinary clinic is in the community!
