All-Med has been around a very long time. I recently purchased a portable potty for my 96-year-old Dad. They were very helpful and pleasant. I got just what I needed. Don’t hesitate doing business here!

I was surprised to receive a bill from All-Med that I knew we did not owe. I called the store and was told there was a new billing system and there were some issues getting it up, and I did NOT owe them. Iwas billed by mistake. If you are billed, check to see if you have already paid so you don't pay twice.

I was in their store today and bought a walker. The price was apparently marked wrong on the walker, but Sherri, the manager, honored the marked price. I was very grateful and very impressed. It showed a level of integrity that is missing in so many businesses. I have alway used All Med for my durable medical needs and will insist on them in the future. They have what I need when I need it and take care of everything in a timely fashion. Everyone from the office staff to the delivery people are polite and friendly. I highly recommend them and will continue to sing their praises.

Funny story unless, like me, you’ll suffocate if your medical device fails. Yikes!The short review: An Easy Pulse PAC I bought for $1,899 quit after 8 months. Neither the factory, nor All Med will call me, the customer/user back to honor the 1 year warranty.After a week on ignore, I ordered a better model for $629. It came today with auto humidifier built in. Thank you AMAZON!The long story:Today, 5 weeks after I dropped my concentrator off at AllMed for warranty repair, I called again asking for a repair update. They promised (again) “It’ll be another 3-4 weeks. Grrrrr!I called the factory. They don’t have my $1,899 portable oxygen machine. “AllMed just today reached out to us.”The first thing I learned about all med sales staff is the crew only seems to know how to look up the price of the 5 lpm PulsePAC I needed. That was about it. I had to read the owner manual and use a calculator to figure out how long it claimed it could provide 5 liters per minute. The spec sheet only said it could run up to 10 hours at 1 liter per minute. I know why now the other specs were hidden. Although it’s advertised 5 LPM, my math based on the vague specifications suggests it’ll barely run 2 hours at 5 liters per minute.When, after 8 months of use, it died on me, AllMed staff told me warranty required All Med to verify the error message and ship it to the factory.No wonder Amazon runs local stores out of business. For over 5 weeks after Staff promised they’d call the factory asap and then call me with a solution.See the pattern:First, they make a promise for serviceSecond, they break the promiseThird make another promise, break it and on it went till today,January 6, 2023, I called again hoping it’d be repaired. Justin transferred me to Sheri, who said she’d check. Coming back to the phone she promised it’d be done in another 3 or 4 weeks.Grrrrr! I called the factory again. Service department searched and searched “our computers are slow today” put me on hold again.Finally they told me besides my call last November, the only time AllMed talked to them was today, while I was on hold. The tech said “I am appalled. You had to go through this, especially short of breath as you are.”He noticed I was having troubles breathing. Yeah. Anger does that nowadays. Low oxygen puts me in a panicky short tempered state.If only I had a dependable portable oxygen concentrator sold to me by someone who efficiently warranties their products (like precision manufacturing inc.) instead of just making nice promises.I feel better now, joining the others who happened to catch AllMed on a bad day that turned into 5 weeks plus another 3-4 weeks as promised.Meanwhile, I asked my PCP to try sending my prescriptions for oxygen support to…let’s Google it. A for Alliance…Now, if we could find a citizen review process for public servants and politicians, we could improve our government. Imagine!

The ABSOLUTE WORST durable medical supplier ever had to deal with! Jessie is VERY incompetent!!! Waited for over three months for supplies then they said I didn’t have proper coverage which was incorrect. I ask why he didn’t call me, he said he didn’t have my phone number which also was incorrect as I gave it him twice!!! I’ve talked this guy three times on the phone and have been into there office for help in getting supplies twice!! WOW !!! Family owned company in a small town, explains part of it. They would NEVER last in the real world or big city. I hope someone who doesn’t have a voice to speak up for themselves doesn’t ever need to deal with them!

Absolutely unbelievable! The worst.Mom passed away and the wanted their oxygen tank immediately! Couldn't wait till after Christmas they wanted it that day! So I drove all the way to mom's to bring the tank and leave it out for them I got a phone call the next day saying the guy picking up equipment didn't really need to go to pick it up till Tuesday after Christmas of course!snobby office people.

I seldom write a review and don't recall ever doing a negative one, but the service from Jesse at All-Med in Cottonwood was so poor I am taking the time to write. From the start he showed little interest in serving me. I recently moved to Sedona from Michigan and my CPAP supplier could not ship supplies to AZ. I contacted Jesse and he told me to contact my old provider to have them send info to him (he didn't offer to call them himself). They told me I had to send them a HIPPA form and that Jesse should know this. Jesse did not offer to send me the form, instead I had to drive to Cottonwood to get the form and sign it so Jesse could fax it to them. When I hadn't heard anything after 10 days I contacted Jesse and he said he got material from them a few days earlier but what they sent wasn't sufficient, that I should call my Doctor in MI and have them send an order and related papers. I did so and they sent material to Jesse the same day - and called me to tell me they had done so. I called Jesse's office and they told me he had just left for the weekend. I was told there was no one else that could help me. I expressed my frustration that it seemed I was doing all the work and that Jesse was not following up when he received material that he requested. On Monday morning I called All Med's Flagstaff office and spoke to their office manager. I asked if there was someone in his office that could take over for Jesse since he was being so "unhelpful" and that he had all the paperwork I was able to assemble to date. The Flagstaff manager apologized for Jesse's lack of cooperation and told me he would ge back to me after talking to the owner. I then got a call from Jesse telling me that what my Doctor sent to him was not sufficient and I would have to call and ask for additional documentation. I tried to express my frustration to Jesse but he would not let me speak and told me to find another DME supplier, which I will do. Don't waste your time with them - they are extraordinarily unhelpful and uninterested in your business.

Britney was extremely helpful and supportive of my wife who just broke her toe. Highly recommend the compassionate service that Britney lent us. She did not try to push any product just because it was more expensive.
