Worst company to deal with. Paid for glass, they ordered it and a few weeks later was told it came in and was given an install date. Guess what they called that morning to tell us they "broke" the glass and would order another. 2 weeks later they say it came in and give us another install date. Didn't show up. called - got another install date they showed up but didn't have access , yet we supplied them with access code to get in. Rescheduled for a few days later, they showed up , went into our house for 5 minutes and left without installing. Called them again. Got another schedule date of 04/28/2022 and they are a no show. Called again and customer service advised its out of my hands and that we need to speak to owner but she wont give us owners phone number.

Few places these days put the customer first. Central Glass does and they are my first stop for my window and glass needs. The great service begins with India at the front desk and continues with the crews that came to my home. From replacing the pulley and ballast systems in my older windows -- making them work like new once again -- to custom cutting glass for a kitchen cabinet remodeling project, they were always courteous and on time, not to mention reasonably priced.

We had been having trouble with our sliding glass door. I called and the woman was wonderful and scheduled an appt for a few days later. The crew arrived as promised and immediately discovered we needed new wheels. They ordered them, an appt was scheduled and they again arrived on time. Very polite, professional and replaced our wheels quickly. We are delighted because the door now opens with one finger! Although this was a small job, we were very much impressed from start to finish and recommend this company with the highest regard.

Took our money, never installed shower doors. Kept on getting excuses that they broke glass or out of town or... going on 3 months now and still no shower doors. no phone call from owner why they don't show up for install dates. Now MIA

Shower Door....Fair price, decent quality, fast demo-to-install.I found it better to hire a pro than trying to save a couple hundred$$. The potential savings would effectively been spent on demoing out the old and figuring out how to install a new one purchased from a Big Box store.I doubt you'll regret hiring this outfit.
