They change my prescriptions from what my doctor ordered, sometimes giving me only one refill when my doctor tells me she ordered several. At other times they change the number of pills prescribed. Once they cut mine down to 1/3 of what my doctor ordered. They miss drug interactions and/or don't bother to tell you there are ineractions. They try to change out of pocket for prescriptions covered by insurance. There is almost always a a long line. If the prescription is too much trouble, they will make you step aside or stand in another line so they can work on easier orders first. If you complain about being made to stand in line several times, they send the manager to "suggest" you take your prescriptions elsewhere. If you call first to make sure your prescription is ready, they tell you to come in, but don't tell you that they'll be closed when you get there. They claim your doctor did not call in your script when you know she did. They don't call when your prescription is ready. They used to be good until a couple of years ago, but not anymore. Almost everyone is new, and they act like it. Even their automated service is much worse than it was a couple of years back. I used to love them, not any more. Who knows what happened; new mismanagement, maybe?

No register. Must use self checkout and they have only one with card and one e for cash only. They refused to assist when asked.

I made an appointment online to get Vaccines. When I showed up for the appointment I was told they were on hold because CVS did not take my insurance(I provided that info when setting up the appointment.) They sent me a confirmation text and email but could not bothered to inform me about the hold until I had showed up for the appointment. CVS just lost a customer.

WAY better than the Walgreens here in town (although that's not saying much). Everyone at the pharmacy is super, theyre quick, awesome hours, and the store itself has a little of everything with great deals.

You're on your own at this store. If you're lucky there might be one unlucky employee in the store outside the pharmacy. If you have a problem with self checkout or a product question you're on your own. I feel for the employees.

I don't remember much of my last visit. I had dental surgery, CVS was right there. Boom meds, home. Lol but the staff in the pharmacy was incredibly understanding, helpful, kind and Speedy

CVS Pharmacy in Cottonwood is my go-to pharmacy for my prescription medications and for their non prescription pharmaceutical products. The pharmacist is knowledgeable and friendly. The pharmacy drive-up window is very convenient, and most of the time, the line moves at a good pace. If there is a long wait, it usually is the customer holding the line up and not the pharmacy staff member taking care of the drive up customers. I've lived in Cottonwood for 36 years and have used several pharmacies here over the years. My experience with CVS has been the best over all the others, especially over Walgreens Pharmacy and drive-up window, which is the absolute worst of all.A big thank you to all the CVS Pharmacy staff for being courteous and helpful, and doing your best to handle all of us that count on you.

Jeanne, THANK YOU SO MUCH for helping me the other day. I'm sorry the person before me was SO rude to you for no reason. They ought to be happy you show up to work. Thanks for always being so kind.

The pharmacy tech at the Cottonwood CVS has very poor customer relation skills. She treated me very condescendingly, refused to take an extra step to check on something very easy, and then when I was standing in front of her was able to all of a sudden do what I requested for her to do on the phone. I overheard her speaking to another customer on the telephone and made the conversation politically polarized. Very unprofessional person who is on a major power trip

The store is not very clean and I have found A LOT of expired food items when shopping there. If you buy any food products I would definitely check the expiration date!! The pharmacy is very busy at this location. I would prefer to use the Camp Verde location if I lived closer... The pharmacist and his team are super friendly and they will get your meds filled quickly if you need them right away. Cottonwood store has estimated a 7 hour wait for a much needed refill where as Camp Verde has never made me wait more than 2 hours!!

They do not accept BCBS insurance and would not allow me to pay cash. Customer service really deserves a zero but that wasn’t an option. I would stay away from this place
