I highly recommend Diamond Auto Glass in Flagstaff, Arizona. I called them at 8 in the morning. They were putting in my glass by 9:30am and back on the road shortly after 10am.

Driving along the freeway minding my business and boom. Rock hits windshield and instant crack. ANNOYING. When I finally get home I go through the process of trying to find a reputable company to handle the next step. To repair or replace. I find Clear Diamond online by reading reviews, so I figure I'll give them a shot. Since it was after 7pm I thought I'll just email them and wait to hear from them the next day. In less than 5 minutes I get a call back from a very nice gentleman. I answered a few questions, they conferenced in my insurance company, answered some more questions and then I'm approved for a new windshield. Damaged windshield on a Monday night. By Wednesday lunchtime they are meeting me at my office to put in the new windshield. Looks great! Note, I drive a Ford so the original windshield has the Ford emblem at the top. My insurance company says it's on backorder so I wouldn't get it. Clear Diamond had it available. AWESOME. They took an upsetting and annoying process to be quick, easy and painless. These are now my guys!

I had a great experience with this company from the moment I called. The person who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful, I didn't feel pressured to choose this company for my windshield replacement but of course I did because they offered the lowest quote by far out of all the companies I called. The technician who came to my house to replace my windshield was very speedy and efficient - he did a great job and was very professional. He was also very friendly and a pleasure to talk to. I will be using this company for all of my future auto glass needs! I did experience some confusion, though. Yelp, google maps, and the website all list the company as Clear Diamond, but their emails and texts as well as phone conversations call the company SafePro Auto Glass. Which one is it??

Thank you, Clear Diamond, for making my windshield replacement so very easy! From the moment I called and talked to the nicest most responsive person I think I've ever found, to the easy scheduling, to the GREAT guys who came right to my house and installed my new glass in only about 20 minutes, this was a WONDERFUL experience! Do not call this place. Second hand windshields and they are not reliable. They will hang up on the phone with you also bad customer service.

Just got my windshield replaced on my SUV and couldn't be happier. Literally 5 minutes ago. Original parts and no damage. Definitely recommend Clear Diamond Auto Glass.
