Worst excuse for customer service or even help ever experienced. I have no idea why Adot has a website where you can do appointments online! They need to say on the website when you're doing appointments that nothing is guaranteed as I was told today when I walked in not even two steps into the building . And on top of that you get a condescending tone from another employee about how "people can never read signs that are right on front of them and all kinds of unnecessary, unprofessional comments nobody should be expecting when you show up..?! I was simply reading the sign I was told to look for once I arrived for my appointment. It's a bummer that this office is the only place that you have to go to in order to get a legitimate travel id and I have to go back and hopefully get someone to smile and help. Mvd can do better than this.

The old lady Jennifer made every excuse not to do a driving test in a work truck that the Dmv already registered, when we finally got a vehicle that they were comfortable in they.. I'm guessing the read the comments so we were nat picked for every little thing.

I came in last minute for title and registration work, and Susan went above and beyond to help me get all of my paperwork in order despite the dealership I purchased the vehicle from not having their documents together correctly. She stayed past closing time to make sure everything was done right so I could walk out with my temp plates. Thanks Susan, you’re the best!

I just gotta say that every time I go to the DMV there’s always the nicest staff and the fastest times ever. I’d Give it 10 stars but it only goes up to 5. Charlotte helped us last week with the best freaking attitude ever and the nicest smile. Now Sharon and John (who’s still training) helped me with my license with nothing less than a smile throughout the whole renewal. I feel like going to the dmv in cottonwood is like taking a field trip. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER EVERY TIME. ?

It never fails, nearly every time I've visited the DMV I'm disappointed. I didn't elect to renew my vehicle registration online since I wanted my new 2023 license plate tabs immediately and didn't want to wait for them to be mailed which takes one to two weeks if done online. There were no appointments available so I decided to go to the DMV office and use the kiosk which I've done in the past. When I walked in, there was nobody waiting in line for service so decided to get help from one of the people waiting on customers. I waited for about 30 minutes while the clerks behind the counter took bathroom breaks and talked to each other about their family issues, ignoring me and the several people that had arrived after me with appointments. Finally, they called my number after helping several people with appointments and I discovered they no longer give out tabs or plates at the DMV and I would be forced to wait for them to arrive in the mail! The exact reason I didn't attempt the transaction online! I left frustrated, as usual, and once again it was confirmed why the DMV has the reputation for lousy service and attitudes by the employees.

Best DMV/DOT experience of my life. I was in and out in less than an hour, with a new tag, new picture and an Arizona drivers license. Bathrooms were clean. Absolutely wonderful service from Charlotte.

I arrived when the opened to replace a lost Driver's License. They were polite, knowledgeable, and fast. Out in 15 minutes. Excellet!

These people don’t know what they are doing and can’t even give me the correct information. I get the run around every time and no real answers. They tell me they don’t even know how to fill out the paperwork they want from me. Would be nice to have people who know what they are doing. Especially with the amount of money I’m having to give them!

Visited office morning of March 2 to renew vehicle registration. Good example of inefficient, ineffective government at work. A line of customers out the door- the staff did poor job of communicating services. Will use on-line services in future to avoid frustration.
