If you are looking for a personal trainer, I cannot recommend Erika enough. I trained under her for 9 months. During that time Erika helped me to not only reach my personal goals but exceed far beyond what I ever thought I could do. She is very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Because of her knowledge and experience as a personal trainer, she is very creative and uses many different modalities during your workouts. This was important to me as I can get bored easily. I learned to use so many different types of equipment that I am no longer intimidated going to the gym.

I’ve been training with Erika for a little over 3 months now and am completely hooked. Her workouts are not only effective but safe and catered to my specific needs taking in my body’s imbalances that need to be corrected. In addition to her amazing workouts Erika is also working with me to help correct my diet and keep me on track. I can not wait to see where my body will be in the next three months!

I’ve been training with this amazing women over a year and a half now....let me just say it’s been absolutely life changing! Before I started, in high school I had two ACL reconstruction surgeries (my left knee my sophomore year and right one my senior year), both from basketball. I trained the rest of my sophomore year and all of my junior year to get back to basketball for my last year in high school and in an open gym practice...a girl spilt water on the ground...didn’t bother to clean it up or say anything, ran right onto the spill and their goes my right knee. Afterwards I had gotten so depressed, no energy, no motivation to do anything. After I graduated high school, I just worked all the time (which I love my job) but just woke up, worked and back home...it was an everyday routine. My family, friends and even co-workers could see something had changed, no matter how much I tried to put on a smiley face. So my mom was the one who suggested getting my wonderful trainer Ericka, for the both of us. Within just 2 weeks I was feeling great! Felt even more amazing when Ericka had suggested if I ever thought about doing bodybuilding!?! At first I was so nervous and being a shy person didn’t help either, but she had encouraged me and saw something in me that I hadn’t seen in myself at the time. She really believed in me and now a year and a half later I’ve done 2 bodybuilding shows, getting ready for my 3rd show, lost 57 pounds and have all the confidence in the world!! She helped me not only lose the weight but she made me opened my eyes to a world of possibilities. She’s absolutely amazing, a beast, intelligent, fun and always dancing? I would recommend her to ANYONE!!!! No doubt about it?? I love this women! She’s not just my trainer...she’s family to me and I couldn’t be more thankful for having her in my life?

Erika is the best. Our workouts are varied, fun and effective. I was always more of a “runner” and never strength trained before - but since training with her I’m stronger and feel like I have a much more balanced fitness routine. She is also super knowledgeable. You won’t regret working with her!

I have been with Erika for about 8 months now. I was down and out with health issues . Literally no energy. My stamina was total weakness but I was ready to become Iron Woman. Erika changes lives and she was about to change mine.

Erika is the the best trainer I’ve ever worked with. Her training has improved my posture, strengthened muscles, strengthened stamina, and increased my confidence. I’ve worked out for years but never with such good results. She keeps the workouts interesting and uses every minute. I had a six month goal to get in shape. We met the goal but I plan to continue with Erika to reach the next level. I highly recommend her.

Normally I don’t write reviews unless I’ve had a real bad experience, I simply don’t get around to it. In this case though I’m pleased to write a positive review about my experience with Erica as a personal trainer because the time we have spent working together has changed my life.
