Jody was absolutely disrespectful to my husband for no reason!!!!! All because he didn’t want to ask her for anything. On top of being disrespectful she told him to leave an not come back…. Like really!!! I called an asked why she was so rude to him an she tells me off an then hangs up!!! Not to mention he has a witness that was on the phone an Hurd the whole conversation… so yes Jody I look forward to checking the cameras and seeing who is right. I will be contacting corporate.

Family Dollar has some good deals. The store was clean, a little over stocked though. The clerk was kind and helpful.

This store usually has items you can't find in other stores for reasonable prices. Despite it saying dollar store not everything is a dollar. To shop very frugal here you need to learn the colored dot system for marked down items. They also have a coupon app that other dollar stores don't have. If you are sensitive to odors be prepared to wash clothes multiple times with scent free cleaner due to the store having a very fragrant odor on everything.

The current managers who run this store are terribly rude, snappy and irritable. They bark at customers and act begrudging if you ask for help finding product or have general questions. Not sure of their names but its like walking on eggshells if you need a hand from these women. They should hire all new employees who care about their jobs and don't look half asleep or high when they cash you out. Its obvious they don't care if they look unprofessional by how they dress or act. Store is always a mess. Boxes everywhere. They lie and tell you they no longer get an item(pulled from the order list) then two days later its on the shelf! So annoying. I think they are keeping the high demand items for themselves and teliing the public they stopped ordering the items. They complain in front of customers about their jobs, discuss sensitive topics and look like they hate what they do. Please hire a new team who have high work ethic! It seems they hire anybody these days because of the staff shortages. They should still be more selective in the hiring process as these people represent the store. They don't even smile at you. Rude employees who don't want to assist customers are never appreciated. On a positive note, not a bad selection or price range on most items.

Family Dollar located in a popular shopping center anchored by Safeway off Main st.The store is smaller than average with a limited selection. I was looking for a nice T-shirt which they didn't have available. They were short staffed and it took several minutes for the clerk to attend to me with few customers in the store.
