“I need to do something to balance these bad reviews. I have been with Wells Fargo in various parts of the country. I have always gotten good service, and there is no exception here. The staff are pleasant and helpful. On occasion, the line may be a bit long, but again that is true of any bank branch that is in a thriving area. Show me a branch bank that never has any line, and I will show you a location that is ready to be closed down. Maybe that's what happened in Cottonwood when they closed the BofA branch? And with the building empty and abandoned, you can be sure there's no line there anymore!”
