Does his best to satisfy his customers. I wanted to get a bigger box drum/cajon, and although he couldn't refund it, he made the extra effort to get me one and agreed to do the exchange for 25 dollars more.

Very wide variety of items for sale. I was looking for a backup bass guitar, there were about a dozen to choose from, reasonably priced. Nearby were about 60 vintage guitars, also priced right. Drums, violins, vintage amps, and swords. You should check it out.

Is this shop closed? Google listed it as open at 9. But I tried swinging by at opening (Monday) and sure enough it’s locked. I was out traveling and was really hoping I could check out the place.

Not what I expected, cluttered in my opinion.Ok let me re word it. I was not being hateful, just honest, there is dust everywhere, it could be kept cleaner, and yes, you do have a lot, in my opinion it is hard to get around , and easily to knocking something that may be very valuable over and damaging it. There is A LOT in your store. Google asked me for my opinion, so I gave it, guess I better keep my options to myself, and 3 stars is not a bad review, don't know where you got that info.

how can i not love it, greatest store for unique items in Cottonwood, the huge selection of knives is amazing, the amount of medievil swords is awesome, on the other side is Martial Arts with over 50 katanas... The back room has the best selection of musical instruments most people will ever see displayed in 2 rooms. Everything from leather & lingerie in the farthest room back with the only adult area in Northern Arizona I think... Have to say the music area is one that will blow your mind. Guitars violins mandolins keyboards starting under $140 most around $99. 3 Sets of drums 2 electric drum sets, a big beautiful white Cello & unusual instruments like Dulcimers, a dulcimer harp, keltic harp, harpsichord, xylophone, chimes, electric violins, & electric mandolins, and probably 100 electric and acoustic guitars from low end starters to top quality Gibson, Taylor, Martin, Fender, Epiphone, Ltd and tons more... it's an amazing selection... The shop does not require masks but keeps the place clean... hours 7 days a week even sunday

Jeff Beck and his unique store are truly one of a kind!!! If you're into pocket knives, daggers, swords, light sabers, shields, medival body armor, guitars, drums, rings, bracelets, and the helmet Gerard Butler wore in 300 well then this is the place to go. What sets this place apart from other stores is his policy on handling merchandise. He encourages it. If you want to play a guitar before you spend any money on it, pick it up and see how it feels. If you want to wield Excalibur, then, by God, wield away. As a musician myself, it's refreshing to find a place where You're not only allowed to handle the instruments but play them to get a real feel for it. Jeff is a wonderful human being and his store is awesome! Go check it out!!

Great place to find something you didn't think you'd find there. Or that you wanted. Usually most people go home very happy with something from Jeff's store.

He has a lot of stuff, a little bit for everyone that's for sure! A little pricey but still fun.
