No open appointments and they don’t use one centralized computer system for orders. If lab was ordered for Cottonwood it can’t be drawn in Sedona without additional phone calls.

See update below. If I could give zero stars I would. They have a hokey fax system. They apparently do not receive all of the Drs faxes with the lab orders but they blame the doctors for not sending them. 10 years of this I have experienced. You need to bring the orders in with you to guarantee you can get in. Today I had an appointment and I was on time. Unfortunately, I forgot to bring bring in my paperwork but knew my doc had sent it. They did not have it. She blamed the doctor. I had my husband fax it to them. The confirmation message indicated somebody in the office answered the phone and the fax did not go through. He got the same message twice and now he is driving the orders over to me. (probably the same thing that happened to the doctor, but he assumed it went through ) Lady at the front desk. Did not want to hear they could be the problem. Of course it's not their fault. Not interested in fixing their problems. just want to dump it on you. Cottonwood Medical stinks. A symptom of poor administration. If you have a good experience here good for you. The entire medical administration in this town is third world UPDATE: I just discovered the business card she handed me had the wrong fax number. It's a discontinued number. (The message we received was generic (misleading) for a discontinued number)At the time I suggested to them to check for a problem but of course I was wrong. They are perfect. Except handing out a business card that is wrong. I wonder how long that's been going on. How many docs have the wrong fax number. So arrogant.

This place sucks. I didn’t have an appointment so I get it I have to wait. They told me 1 hour it has been almost 2.5. Then they are going to take other walking before me because they are friends.

Terrible. 1 tech working for a lobby full of waiting clients. I had to leave for work without being seen. Made an appt for 4 days later & still had to wait forever. Come on guys, staff your labs!

Unprofessional customer service, expect long waiting times of 1.5 to 2 hours. Even with appointment, expect to wait 30-45 minutes.

Zero stars is what they deserve.Wasted 2 hours of my life because they DO NOT answer the phone or call back. More like 2 1/2 considering the drive there.I was told by the lady at the desk they do not have enough people to answer the phone.Once there the most disorganized office I have ever seen. When I was finally called to the front desk, the order had one wrong letter. The phone call could have fixed the wait.My order was in a stack of faxed items, no system.I can go on but I think you get the pount. After leaving and going around the corner to Quest, I was in and out in 10 minutes.A much friendlier and professional staff.

Laura was cheerful and professional this morning. The blood test was painless and I went home smiling!

I wish this place had better reviews because the staff was absolutely amazing when I had to go for my glucose test. I was totally dreading it because I knew it was going to be a long morning… I was a walk in at 7:00am and there were already 10 people in front of me and appointments are first priority. I had to fast for 12 hours and then get blood drawn every hour for 3 hours after my initial blood draw (and I’m 7 months pregnant). They got me in as soon as they could and were SO friendly and compassionate. They let me sit in the break room in the recliner because they wanted me to be comfortable. I heard the patients coming and going for hours and everyone had happy vibes including the patients because the staff was so friendly.I couldn’t be more appreciative and thankful!!!!Thank you all so much !

Not so sure what all of the complaining (reviews) is about. I had a perfect experience.. I called ahead, they answered the phone, said come on by, met the woman I talked to on the phone 15 minutes later.. And was out the door in another 15min.. Everybody was upbeat, the location was clean, etc.. Staff was great! I suppose if you are grumbling before you walk in the door, you can always find something wrong. I would definitely go back!

Horrible customer service. Only auto check in and no idea how long the wait is. Over a hour and I'm still waiting for routine blood work. Can't eat or drink anything yet sucks.

They treated me with lots of compassion. One of the nicest ladies drew my blood. Very gentle! Good job!

I've been trying to get a routine blood test for several months now. I sat in their waiting room 3 times so far for these tests. My insurance covers these tests. On my first attempt they closed the lab and sent me home but only after I waited for more than an hour. It was 3 pm.On my second attempt I satin the waiting room for over an hour before they told me I would have to pay up front.(They also told me to go online and research the codes myself, which makes zero sense since I am not allowed to write my own lab order.)On my third attempt, (several months and several lab orders from my PCP later), I was finally able to get a technician to draw blood. Now it's been several weeks and the results have not been posted. My doctor did not receive the results either.I tried calling Labcorp many times, but they don't take patient calls. (Or my contracted insurance, apparently, although I was told that they DO accept my insurance when they finally took my blood.)They're the only lab that accepts my insurance. They used to be decent but lately they are abysmal.
