I stayed here over the holiday for one night I was on the ground floor the problem with the rooms is that you can hear every step in the upper floors every step they need to redu those carpets in those rooms. Other than that the hotel itself was decent and service was decent. IThe Italian restaurant on site is mediocre I would not say it's perfect it's just open and still got an iron out some things beware of the pricing and quality of what you're gettingRooms: The rooms are met well maintained except if you're on the bottom floor you hear everything in the upper floors every single footstepSafety: Hotels very safe

Good no frills hotel close to Sedona. It is a lot cheaper to stay in Cottonwood and this hotel is a good choice apart from the major brand hotels in the area. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was a good perk as well.

I love this place. Reasonable rates. Big rooms. Great water pressure in the shower (important to me). Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice location.quite except for if there is anyone upstairs you hear everything. Bed was comfy older hotel. Very pleased with staff and grounds were maintained. Pet area clean and smoking area away from your door ? Breakfast was all carbs if was tasty but couldn't eat there more than one day.. Definitely needs more choices.Safety: Felt safe and enjoyed our view. Liked the rose bushes. Wishing the new owners of Italian restaurants to be of luck. It was open yet however looking like it maybe be next year 2024

Definitely recommend this place in cottonwood! The staff was awesome. Amber was very helpful! The hot tub wasn't working when I got there and they fixed it immediately. Marci at the front desk was very friendly and helped me with some needs with business printing.Housekeeping did a great job and everything was really clean. I was in the Army many years and I still thought the room was very clean?. I wish there was a way to tip housekeeping with a QR code like some other hotels. As we don't often have cash anymore.Breakfast staff did really good and there was eggs and sausage. And it was clean.Thank you Lux Verde staff!"chief" Harold Peck JrFL?#FruirKakeTV

Pleasant stay here. Room was clean and spacious. Staff at check-in counter was friendly and welcoming. First night our ac was making a bit of noise, so we asked for a new room. By the time we got back from our hike in Sedona, the new room was ready. The young lady at counter was accommodating and understanding. Breakfast was good; the basic food items were served, and the eating area was clean and welcoming.

Had issues with the shower but was fixed by one of the ladies which was appreciated! Hot tub was not hot or clean. But again when advised the ladies addressed the issue and had a very enjoyable night in the HOT tub the last night.Walkability: A car is a mustFood & drinks: The lady at breakfast was sooo nice and VERY helpful.

Very welcoming staff during check-in. They even came with us to check to ensure the room was clean, which it was. Easy parking, nice little dog potty spot. Free breakfast was adequate.

This is not a 5 star hotel but it's a great place to stay. The staff is the best. This is the second time I've stayed here and both times were a great experience. I'm looking forward to our next visit.

It was ok. Beds were a little stiff but not the worst! Rooms were clean. But please note, all room doors are outside. Stairs only for upstairs. Also you have to walk or drive to the main building they are not connected. It's not convenient.

Top shelf motel with large, modern, attractive rooms and a Southwestern decor. The management staff is great and focused on your best stay. Breakfast is tasty homestyle with delicious coffee, thanks to a very nice, helpful lady.Rooms: Very large, fresh, well appointed. We felt at home.Nearby activities: Historic Cottonwood is next door and loaded with country chic, great restaurants and wine tasting options such as Tantrum.Sedona and trendy Red Rock Park are 20 minutes away. Sedona has upscale arts and nightlife. Red Rock has exhilarating hiking experiences through gorgeous canyon land.

$700 for 2 nights during a veteran event next door at the Amercian Legion. It's a shame they feel the need to hike up their rates for events raising money charitably to help less fortunate veterans. I think these rooms normally book for $129 a night. At that rate it's a decent clean room. But for $350/night I'd at least expect the hinges not to be falling off the door to the bathroom. No ice machine in sight. No one in the pool. It doesn't add up.

The breakfast is to die for. They have a beautiful breakfast. Miss Becky is so helpful. I saw two boys drop a whole bowl of cereal on the floor. Miss Becky came right over and said " that's ok honey , I'll get that for you. Then she came out with a little toy for them to play with . I was on vacation with my boyfriend and we had a great time.
