“I cannot praise the staff at this Cottonwood, AZ location enough! I went to Tucson to drop off my sister's car and pick mine up. When I got to my destination, I had a feeling like I forgot something. I could not find the keyfob to my car! I called my husband and had him take my keys to UPS to overnight them to me. He did. Two hours later I found my keyfob! I immediately called UPS to beg them to try to stop it from being sent out. To my extreme relief it had not been picked up yet. They were able to cancel the shipment, refund our money (BTW, next day air delivery is not cheap!) and pull the package out and had it there for my husband to pick up. All of the staff members who took care of me were exceptional! I do want to mention Zach, because when I called him and told him I found my keyfob, he had the forethought to ask me to make sure the fob worked before we cancelled everything. How incredibly awesome is that? Thank you everyone who helped me on 5/29/26.”
