“I was so pleased to finially get the call that my Bi-pap machine was ready. There was insurance problems due to being on Az. State coverage. It would be wonderful if insurance would cover when you are prescribed an item, instead of having to go through another company that has a record of not keeping up on orders, that would be Az. State Health Coverage.
Being able to come back to Alliance solved my problem in getting my Bi-pap. It’s a shame it took a year to get to this point.. Thank you Alliance for following through and getting me taken care of.”
