I wish I could give 0 stars. I rushed my wife to the ER because she was having major complications after having a double mastectomy. Obvious signs of a massive infection was taking place.Extremely short story to this. I felt like we were in a third world country. Ancient technology obviously not updated in years, sheets on the bed had numerous holes in them, 1 Doctor to see over 80 patients this shift are obviously problems with the administration. I took almost 7 hours from the time we arrived to be seen by the doctor. I could go on and on, but by far the worst experience was having to deal with the rudest most Uncompassionate nurse I have ever met. For reference , I have spent over two weeks in the hospital with my wife and been to dozens of appointments with her. I have meet some of the most amazing people in the world, the nurses and doctors at Banner Hospitals and MD Anderson.Doctor S. Is an exception in this story. Despite his lack of support, he showed compassion and quickly helped us through this difficult time.

My wife has been trying to get a prescription refill for three weeks! Her neurologist will not do their job and sign the refill. Nothing seems to get what is said to be a traveling doctor to do their job and comply with their Hippocratic Oath to do no harm. If you need care go to Phoenix.

Subject: Follow up Non-routine Mammogram appointment at CWood NA Medical facility.This appt was made 2 months ago and cancelled 2 working days prior to this appt. Unacceptable for Non-Routine Mammogram. Message left at NA Patient relations with no followup to date.

If I could give less than one, I would! Two separate times I gave them a chance in desperation and both times failed miserably! Had intense pain in upper right abdomen, drove myself there at night. They did the go over and took X-ray. Decided it was ingestion and sent home. Suffered through next day and night in agony. Drive to Flagstaff the third day and found my gall bladder was gangrene! Never again Cottonwood, only Flagg, you were awesome . Got a letter today from the radiologist suggesting abnormalities in the Gall and should have follow up….. gee thanks

I am so grateful for our hospital, Verde Valley Medical Center. I am grateful we have their services in our Verde Valley. I am grateful for the kind, caring, capable people who work there and help me when I need services. They saved my life the past three years. I really like that I don't have to drive for hours to get care, it's right here in the Verde Valley. Thank you VVMC doctors, nurses, and support staff. Keep up the great work. ❤️

I love my doctor, Kim Carlton. She listens to your concerns and really discusses treatment options. She always responds promptly to emails. She assistant is wonderful as well. Kim is an assist to the facility.
