This is a warning to any potential buyer. They do not act in good faith. They will try to rob you of your money. The cars they sell here are junkers they dress up. Trust the bad reviews. I purchased a vehicle from them with a few major cosmetic issues. We came to an agreement, I left my down payment, signed documents and drove away having purchased the car. I had the vehicle repaired at my expense. Three months later I never got my first bill, I notified them multiple times only to be ignored. During this time I discover the vehicle had some major issues and they tried to hide them by installing after market parts to mask the issue, i called them on this and tried to work with them For a resolution. We went back and forth for a month and their solution was to repo the car instead and steal my money and leave me carless before my very important hospital visit that day. I tried to talk to them about it and they told me they would keep my money and the repairs i did to the vehicle, and tough luck. They made legal mistakes at every corner including not filing my loan documents in was timely manner. Stealing my down payment and stressing the repairs I paid for . I should have trusted my gut. I should have trusted the bad reviews. They are currently letting go of half the staff and they fired the guy that did my car deal, they truly don't know what they are doing and take it out on you . I am currently out 11k on the car and they refuse to make it right. I'm currently contacting the state attorney and filed police reports.

Just picked up my Jeep Rubicon. This place is too sketchy for me. I've been here in the past but I'm no longer happy with them. Just got an oil change, new spark plugs, had sensor engine warning light on, new wiper blades, check tire pressure. They didn't install new wiper blades, went back to parts dept. who said they didn't have any in stock. This is a Jeep dealership right ? Wanted to double check they did properly inflate all tires. I was told they do that during their 12 point inspection. Guess what ? The service tech never checked the tire pressure. Had to pull the Jeep into a bay and have them inflate the tires. The service tech also forgot to glue some gasket moulding I requested. Talk about the right hand not knowing what the left hand was doing. My service rep. Barbara didn't relay all my instructions to Justin and he just forgot to do stuff I requested.Now, I'm concerned after $885 that they really did the work they charged me for.Ran my Jeep up to Black Hills Auto Electric to track down an electrical drain that Oxendale Jeep induced in the electrical system when the installed new LED Headlights and new Jeep Fog Running lights. I ain't ever going back to Oxyendale Jeep again. When I p/u my Jeep from Black Hills Auto, I'll stop by Autozone and pick up some wiper blades and install them myself because Oxyendale can't.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Ordered a truck on 12/08/2022. Put down a $1100 deposit. Truck did not come in how we ordered. We asked for no carpet and they tried to throw in floor mats to offset the problem (people who use their trucks for work know mats won't cut it). The truck also came in at a price $5000 more than what we initially agreed on. We decided to not make a deal and now our money is being held hostage. Today is 05/24/2023. Keith in accounting acts like a child when we try to reason with him and Gordon (The manager) is to occupied to return phone calls even when saying "He knows about our situation". I hate to leave a bad review but I feel no one should have to go through this and maybe someone will read this and prevent the hassle with this dealership. If you do come across this Gordon, please give us a call. You should know our number. Thank you.

Hello everyone I just Want to give you guys a heads up stay away from this dealership Pushy salesman And sales women Will try to get you into any vehicle that they can sell Regardless of what you want Saying that this is what we can finance for you Once you sign the contract it's all downhill from there Before I signed the contract for a 2014 Scion XB I told them that the specific payment date when the car note was due would not work for me they told me under false information that the finance company would change the date without a problem this dealership sets you up for failure They set my payment date for the 7th of every month Knowing that I do not get paid until the 28th of every month And when I say they don't care about what they are selling they don't a 2014 vehicle coming off a car lot should have an FM radio I mean come on no FM antenna on the vehicle I can buy a car off the side of the road and the FM radio will work mix matched tires on all wheels Mechanical problems with engine

I was lied to by the general manager about damage to a vehicle they had and sent me pictures of. Unwilling to negotiate on price at all. I'll never do business with them or recommend them to anyone I know.

Jonathan Rosa immediately greeted me and made comfortable after getting there. And when he didn't have what I wanted on the lot he made sure to do what he could to get me what I wanted that afternoon from a different oxendale lot. Went in a couple years ago and instead of them offering a lower price, we kept getting asked how much are you willing to pay for this vehicle. Wanted to run credit before even finalizing a deal and was informed several times it would be a cash transaction with trade. The pressure was overwhelming. Wanted to do business but just couldn't deal with the approach.

I bought a new 2018 ram 2500. I was told I had bumper to bumper coverage. I ride alone most of the time. The handle on the passenger side popped out of it's rivets. I took it in to get it fix and was told it would coast me 672.00. I told them I had a bumper to bumper warranty. They told me at does not cover the Interior. I understand that for the seats but not for the door handle that is barely used. BEWARE OF THE WORDING IF YOU DECIDE TO BUY HERE.

I didn't get the opportunity to buy a car here because someone else bought it while I was at still getting my finances together and figuring out my plan, BUT, this is a shout-out to Zack! The floor manager was so helpful and so accommodating through the beginning of this process, he sent detailed videos and the CarFax within seconds of me asking him (I live in San Diego and couldn't see it in person). While I didn't get a chance to purchase a vehicle here I will definitely keep my eye out in their website simply because of the service, a lot of other dealerships I've been dealing with have not been as helpful, thank you Zack!!
