Bought a car that was supposed to be keyless entry, waited over a year for the key never got it finally went back was given a key that was broken and locked was told they would not pay to have it programed, when I called back they said they would look into it and get back to me still have not heard back from them. They advertise one thing and give you another, I would tell anybody who goes there to make sure you get everything that they say your gonna get before you deal with them..

This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a dealership! Gabe was super easy to deal with and straight forward about everything. I live in Phoenix and drove up to look at buying a used F-250. I was a little worried that I would make the drive and then have things not be as advertised and waste a day. We test drove the truck and it drove great. The only issue we found was the power side mirror controls weren't all working. It was a Saturday and their service department was closed, so Gabe spoke to his manager and let us know if we purchase the truck I can go anywhere to get it fixed and send them the receipt and they will reimburse the cost. They also filled the 48 gallon tank for me. The entire process including the test drive was right around 2 hours! I will definitely call Gabe the next time I am in the market to buy again. Thank you Gabe and Oxendale!

I had a great experience with everyone here, they're all good people! The whole process went smoothly, they were great about answering my questions, helping me with a few questions and a flat tire, weeks after I purchased my Jeep. Everyone there is awesome! I always feel comfortable going back in for anything, I've met people in Service and Parts, and they're all awesome too. Very happy with my Jeep, and so happy they worked with me to get me in something I love driving :)

I been on the opposite side of the desk for most of my career before retiring to Arizona.I have to say it has been a pleasure having Barbara as my service consultant. I recently had a couple of out the ordinary issues with my Ram truck but with patience and communication between myself, Barbara and the technician it appears the issues have been resolved for now and hopefully for good.Keep in mind, when you have an issue with a vehicle, the SC is there to help you. It isn't their fault its having problems but kindness goes a long way.Thank you Barbara, you remind me so much of a very close friend and coworker, please don't retire any time soon!. LOLSamuel Adams

We were camping in the area when our check engine light came on. Justin in Service told me to come in right away and even though they were understaffed and extremely busy, he helped to arrange for a rental car and quickly got our car looked at and fixed the next day. We were truly "up the creek" as this was our tow vehicle, and he recognized our plight and pushed to get us back on the road. If were lived in the area, Oxendale would have a customer for life.

This is #1 in USA Dodge dealer. Recently bought RAM 4500 from them. Customer service on the top level. Big thanks to Keith and George for helping me with all the stuff which I faced. Those people can resolve any type of problems, they are the best. If you looking to buy the new vehicles that’s the right place to go for sure!!!

I am deeply disappointed by the questionable tactics and games that I encountered during my recent interactions with Oxendale Ford, Buick, and GMC in Cottonwood, Arizona. The level of professionalism and integrity displayed by your dealership was far below what I expected from a reputable establishment.During my attempts to make a deal, I experienced inconsistent information about vehicle availability. It is unacceptable to be told that a vehicle is sold, only to later learn that it is, in fact, still available. Such practices erode trust and create a sense of manipulation that should have no place in the car-buying experience.Transparency and honesty are fundamental in any customer service industry, and your dealership's actions have left a lasting negative impression on me. I urge you to reconsider these tactics and prioritize ethical and straightforward practices in the future.This experience has not only soured my opinion of your dealership but has also made me wary of recommending it to others. I hope you take this feedback seriously and take steps to improve the way you conduct business.

John in the sales department did absolutely fantastic. He was patient, listened to what my budget was and went above and beyond to make sure that I stayed within that! I am truly in awe of how easy he made it, I wasn't physically in town to purchase, and he still was able to get it done within 24 hours. Five stars isn't enough for him!! THANK YOU JOHN!

I was in for a recall on my car. It was done efficiently and I was out within the hour.Customer service was friendly. I have been going here over 25 years, lots of changes have happened, but its still the best dealership to deal with.

Just picked up my Jeep Rubicon. This place is too sketchy for me. I've been here in the past but I'm no longer happy with them. Just got an oil change, new spark plugs, had sensor engine warning light on, new wiper blades, check tire pressure. They didn't install new wiper blades, went back to parts dept. who said they didn't have any in stock. This is a Jeep dealership right ? Wanted to double check they did properly inflate all tires. I was told they do that during their 12 point inspection. Guess what ? The service tech never checked the tire pressure. Had to pull the Jeep into a bay and have them inflate the tires. The service tech also forgot to glue some gasket moulding I requested. Talk about the right hand not knowing what the left hand was doing. My service rep. Barbara didn't relay all my instructions to Justin and he just forgot to do stuff I requested.Now, I'm concerned after $885 that they really did the work they charged me for.Ran my Jeep up to Black Hills Auto Electric to track down an electrical drain that Oxendale Jeep induced in the electrical system when the installed new LED Headlights and new Jeep Fog Running lights. I ain't ever going back to Oxyendale Jeep again. When I p/u my Jeep from Black Hills Auto, I'll stop by Autozone and pick up some wiper blades and install them myself because Oxyendale can't.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Ordered a truck on 12/08/2022. Put down a $1100 deposit. Truck did not come in how we ordered. We asked for no carpet and they tried to throw in floor mats to offset the problem (people who use their trucks for work know mats won't cut it). The truck also came in at a price $5000 more than what we initially agreed on. We decided to not make a deal and now our money is being held hostage. Today is 05/24/2023. Keith in accounting acts like a child when we try to reason with him and Gordon (The manager) is to occupied to return phone calls even when saying "He knows about our situation". I hate to leave a bad review but I feel no one should have to go through this and maybe someone will read this and prevent the hassle with this dealership. If you do come across this Gordon, please give us a call. You should know our number. Thank you.
