As a lover of fashion and all things vintage I cannot recommend this store more! The number of vintage patterns and clothing, all eras menswear and womenswear, is incredible. There is something for everyone. Sherry, after learning of my fashion design background, went above and beyond to find me a copy of “the complete book of sewing” I absolutely loved it and will definitely be back to this location and the location in Jerome.

This is a neat little store! They have a very eclectic selection - lots of vintage clothing, antiques, artwork, and more. Lots of unexpected items - and there's a very wide variety, without many items in the same "category" (antique advertising, glassware, home goods, etc). Definitely worth a stop - if nothing in there catches your attention I'd be surprised.

I would've given this place 5 stars because of how beautiful the vintage clothing and antiques were, but the older lady with the glasses and light make-up completely ruined our experience by eyeing us and following us very closely like we're thugs/theives. She didn't even have to say anything directly, her actions were loud enough.My fiancé was extremely excited to purchase this beautiful brown dress for church, but was very uncomfortable and felt unwelcomed by the woman's death stare and left before she could even try it on.I understand these items are very valuable and we may have been dressed a bit more casual than others, but we should not have been treated as if we needed extra surveillance than the other customers.I also noticed she was kind and patient with the other customers (who were older) and her tone/demeanor completely dropped when it came to our group.We will not be returning to this store as long as that woman is there.

Beautiful store, nice selection of clothing, china and jewelry. I asked if they would take $2.00 off an overpriced book and they declined. Bought it anyway but could have probably gotten it a lot cheaper online.

Wow! This cute little place totally blew my mind. It's an antique and vintage store but it's very very well curated. It isn't just old stuff because it's old and for sale. It's amazing items from the past and all of the incredible, cute, and eccentric stuff that you want to either display in your house or wear because you love it so much. The pricing is great and it's soooo fun looking around in this shop. I bought way too many things but don't regret it one bit.

I was in town with my service dog (certified working dog - not a pet) and was told that if I couldn’t carry my dog I had to leave. I’ve never had this experience in a business before. I understand not allowing pets, but my dog was clearly marked as a service animal. The woman working the shop was very rude about it all. I was very embarrassed and left.

This shop is a dream and the shopowner is a real gem. My partner purchased a gorgeous Ocean Mist Topaz ring for me at Papillon and I adore it so much. A few months later, one of the stones fell off and I had lost some weight and needed it resized. The shopowner took the ring back to the artist and he took care of everything. We were expecting to have to make a trip to Cottonwood to get it back, but we were delighted to have it shipped back to us FREE OF CHARGE! This type of service is a thing of the past, which is very appropriate for all the vintage charm found within Papillon's walls. We want to give a big THANK YOU!!!

Everything there is old and falls apart, these people crowd their place to the brim, what hordes! The women at the cashier was kinda rude and eyed us like we were thieves!

This is a real, quality, antique shop- not just junk shop like many so called antique shops actually are. Vintage clothing, jewelery, and collectibles here instead of tourist trinkets and yardsale items.

My wife and I wandered in here while exploring Old Town Cottonwood. Nice place with an eclectic collection of old and antique knick-knacks, books, furniture and more, reasonably priced. I got a tape measure originally from a supply store in Iowa (my birth state), while my wife browsed their reasonably-priced collection of jewelry. The attendant was friendly and knowledgeable, and thoroughly described the ring my wife wound up buying, a description we promptly forgot. We were sad about having this pretty ring and having no idea what it was, until we later realized the attendant had written details about the ring on the receipt! Gotta love a place that takes such pride in their product.
