If I could leave a zero, I would. Due to insurance, we are forced to use this company for my father. With advanced COPD and emphysema, it is critical to his breathing to be able to sit up. 3 weeks ago his bed broke. For 3 weeks we have been using a board to hold him up. For 3 weeks we have been trying to get either a new motor or replacement bed. For 3 weeks we have been given the run around. His caregiver went to the office yesterday to try to get some answers and the "customer service" individual was so courteous she threw something across the room. Called the helpline - no response call yet. Still waiting for "help". Totally disgusted.

Outstanding, professional company. My dr faxed cottonwood office to order walker for me. Next morning preferred home care called me to say my order ready. They delivered next morning. Amazing. Most supply companies will have you wait till they order item. Then you wait for delivery. It could take month. Not with this store of preferred home care.Best company & best branch in cottonwood I’ve ever dealt with. I’d give them 10 stars.

Michelle is a superstar. Helped me navigate a difficult situation. (SHE DID ALL THE WORK). In any case as someone new to this lifestyle change (hopefully short term) I would not hesitate to recommend this team to anyone and would have been lost without them.

dealing with this company has been my best experience with medical affairs. they are professional & take care of business immediately. my Dr sent fax to them. next morning they called to tell me my walker was ready for delivery. they delivered it next morning. so that was 48 hrs I had what I needed. this company is busy. only fault is calling them your on hold long time. that's because people know to deal with them. they have stock on hand. they can send immediately. best thing is to have your Dr fax any request you might have then preferred Home care will call you. most medical supply companies have to order your supplies. then you wait & wait. not so with preferred. they have on hand.

I don't know what some people's problem is. They are always good to me and give me all the service I need. Stop the bashing.

Took over 5 weeks to get prescribed oxygen. You can’t get anyone on the phone.

Andy is so helpful it’s so refreshing to have someone to rely on and know that when he says he will do something it actually gets done. I appreciate you Andy!!

I've had a great experience with Preffered. Yes their office is very busy so at times it's hard to get a hold them. Once you do they are very accommodating. On a Friday night after hours my concentrator went out. It only took them 1 hour to deliver it to my home. I live in Flagstaff and their crew is very attentive. Thank you for my health and well being.

Cottonwood location, very poor service. The individual handling the front office was not helpful at all. They need someone in this location that knows what they are doing. This was my second experience with his company and both encounters were horible.

This is THE MOST incompetent company I have ever dealt with!! THREE times I have scheduled a wheelchair pick up with special instructions to call when they arrive because it is a business not a house. I have stayed on property ALL DAY all three times. Three times now the driver writes that they "knocked" on the door and no body was home!! UNBELIEVABLE!! This is NOT acceptable!!

One star because I could not give zero and still write a review. A longer bed was ordered by our Dr for my bed ridden father in May due to bed sores on the bottom of his feet. Over the next 8 weeks, I have called no less than 7 times ensuring order in place, and that insurance approved and then requesting Information on ETA for the bed. At week 4 I requested a status on when we were going to get the bed- answer was did not know. Two days later I get a call in the afternoon for a delivery that day - an extension kit. The extension kit did not include a longer mattress, and was for the wrong bed. I was told that the warehouse manager would follow up(Bill) and that I would hear from the manager of the DME (Allysa) as they were going to deliver a different bed. A week later I follow up as no communication. I call and Request that someone get back with me with an update. Nothing. I wait 3 more days, same thing, email request made by the phone representative and no follow up. So, I call the main office in Phoenix. The phone representative again sends email to A manager who is supposed to contact me with data, wait three days nothing. There is not another company providing this service in my area or I would have already left. This is the WORST customer service - And my bed ridden Dad lays in a too small bed and every time he Sits up his feet hit the bottom of the bed and he is in pain.....

My mother got out of the hospital and needed oxygen. They said that since they didn't receive the order from the doctor before close of business 5:00 p.m. that they would not bring it out yesterday. But that's interesting because yesterday the doctor's office called me at 5:00 p.m. and told me they had already sent the referral and prescription for the oxygen machine to these people. And when asked when they would show up I was told they would show up first thing this morning at 8:30 and they still haven't showed up. Horrible customer service and mom has had to go all night without oxygen and still is short of breath. It is not like she needs to go to the emergency room but her oxygen saturation is low enough that it's affecting her and she does need the supplemental oxygen machine.
