Unbelievable. I needed to resize a ring. While waiting for the store to open, I took my two 5 lb Yorkies for a little walk. While passing this jewelry store, the two mini pincher looking dogs inside the store started to bark. With that a very angry white women in her 70d started screaming at the top of her lungs gor us to “ go the f-k away”. She kept yelling for a good minute or so, with bulging blue eyes and spit landing on the window. Instead of getting her dogs away. I figure out that if this is how this business greets the customers, id rather resize my ring elsewhere.

I've used Mark for 30 years and he is the best! He does beautiful work, is an honest and trustworthy person. Mark and his wife are great people. If you want a jeweler that you can trust and does a fantastic job, Sherwood jewelers is the place to go.

I had an awful experience with customer service at Sherwood Jewelers. The owner was less than pleasant when I went in to have my ring sized. I told him I had trouble with the rings spinning, so he sized down and that didn’t work. I went back in a second time and was treated very poorly. I told him the ring was not done properly and then asked for it to be soldered together. When I picked it up I could barely get the ring on and my finger swoll up. Needless to say the next day I went to a different jeweler and shared what had happened. He had to cut the ring so I could temporarily wear and will be fixed at a later time. I will no longer patronize this jewelry shop.

Stopped in as I broke the clasp on my necklace. Greeted by an owner and asked what I needed. In spit of the fact he was busy cleaning and covering some broken glass, he immediately took my chain and repaired. When I asked what I owed I was told nothing. Great service! Noting the other reviews, yes there is some Trump stuff toward the back of the store but no political agenda was pushed while we were there. Will definitely take my business to this local jeweler going forward.

Sherwood did an amazing job on my engagement ring, I love it! They were kind enough to size my ring the same day I brought it in. Definitely recommend shopping here!!

Have done business here for years.Came in to have a watch worked on wad greatly offended by all of the Trump items including a life size cardboard cutout of the man.We are all entitled to our political ideas but a business serving the public is not the place.I will no longer do business with this store and would encourage others to avoid them.

I called to see if I could get a jewelry repair on a gold necklace and the lady that answered the phone was extremely rude. All I asked was if they did jewelry repair and she said OBVIOUSLY WE DO WE HAVE BEEN FOR THE PAST 38 YEARS! Her tone the whole time was rude. Horrible customer service. After the call I decided to take my business elsewhere where they actually know how to treat and talk to their customers.

Only been in area a couple of years and went to this store because it was convenient. I'm also looking for a reliable jeweler to check prongs on a few rings. I was ignored by both husband & wife until they figured out I wasn't leaving. I'd already seen the chain I was looking for so wife finally came to case and got it out for me. She then handed me off to husband for check out. As he was processing my purchase I started looking around to the other side of the store and that's when I saw it. Full life size cut out posters of don & melania. I couldn't get out of there fast enough and I'll never be going back.

Great experience! I called before I went to make sure that they could work on my ring and they confirmed they could that day. I walked in and the Jeweler worked on my ring and fixed it all within 5 minutes. I was shocked because I had called around to other places and they said it wouldn't be worked on for a few days up to a week. He also didn't even charge me to fix it, which I thought was very kind. Since that was so seamless, I asked him to replace my watch battery and he did in just a matter of minutes and at a great value. Thank you!

Gave them 3 tries to work on my ring.~The first time, in person, the lady insulted my ring - and randomly started ranting about COVID being a conspiracy. huh?Maybe she was having a bad day?~Second time they were rushing me on the phone.Maybe they just need to see it again?~Third time the guy, with a grunt and annoyed sigh, looked at the ring and said he cant do it.I have asked around for other jewelers, and many people have said these owners are always in a bad mood - and complain about living in Cottonwood. Dont need a deeply unhappy person working on my ring.

If I could put zero stars I would . I love to support small businesses especially now knowing COVID has affected many small businesses, I went in for a jewelry fix and felt discriminated. In my visit to go pick them up the lady proceeds to ask me if I’m illegal and then continues asking me what I think about the border as a Hispanic that is very offensive and very unprofessional to ask a client based off of their color of skin. Everyone has their own opinions but that’s just simply a question that you don’t ask

Bad experience multiple times! Dropped off a ring to be resized and owner was very rude on multiple occasions. No longer take our jewelry here. Needs to work on customer service skills and professionalism.
