I am satisfied with the internet service i have but I CAN NOT CALL YOUR LOCAL OFFICE DUE TO THE SHORT HOURS OF OPERATION! There should be at least an appointment option.

I've had the service for almost a month. It's ok, but I've had to reset the modem twice. I also got sparklight for my parents house 2 years ago and it works good.

Don't waist your time or money. The worst service possible. We have internet and phone for our business. It's been down for 2 days and they can't manage to get a tech here during our business hours to fix it. We're done. Switching to Starlink and VOIP. Bye bye loosers.

I am leaving review in hope that I can get a hold of person who I spoke with when setting up service. I'm not even sure I heard name right so I don't want to tell her name.I know she was in SC.I did not receive confirmation email and I'm wondering if she heard it right.Anyway, as far as a review goes. She was Superb! Very informative and helpful.Hopefully everyone has the same experience I did.Very courteous and professional and excellent communication skills.Thank you Mrs. ____ . I appreciate you and hopefully Sparklight does as well.

so far very terrible experience with this company, your construction team was supposed to put in the wiring for my apartment building months ago. I had internet scheduled to be installed about 2 weeks ago but was unable to get it because of your construction team. I called today to find out that your team put in the wiring for another building but still have no eta for mine. You guys have been 0 help, extremely dissatisfied with your service currently.

Joseph Jones from Cottonwood Az- Was helping my neighbor. I asked him for a few answers to issues we've been having. He answered and said for me to submit for a service. Soon after we parted he showed back to my home and said he'd like to help if he can. Within 15 mins had replaced my router and we was back up to high speed internet. You was professional and intelligent. I'm thankful for his want to provide us with a good experience. We've all had bad ones. I hope you guys at sparklight take good care of this employee. Thank you Joseph. Take the rest of the week off

Was told by technician by back gate that the office is only open on Wednesday from 8am to 12pm. But the doors say otherwise. This place is never open when I come.
