“Called to see if my son could stop by with a tire losing air and they took him in right away. Super friendly to my son, let him know the tire was unrepairable and didn't want to mess up my warranty. Put the spare on for him for no charge. Great service.”

“I was having trouble getting my TPMS working. Hale was kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable with my situation. He was able to help me get my “numbers” to take to the Dodge dealer. Next time I am going to skip the last step and take my truck to Big-O. They have a huge lift to work in my 5500. Thank you Hale!”
