Our postal carrier lies and says he comes by when he doesn't there is someone at my house 24hrs a day seven days a week I have had certifed mail twice in a row supposed to come here and waited all day both times and never did they once come by or leave something in the mailbox to pick up a package nothing can't even get him to take the rts mail out of mailbox

This post office has a thief. There have been 3 letters that have been opened and money or cards stolen. That is both incoming and outgoing. The only things these letters have in common is cottonwood post office. Don't send gift cards or money, they will be stolen by a ratbag in that station. BTW, the cash stolen was from kids birthday cards.

I would HIGHLY recommend another post office if you are sending sensitive materials. I intended to send a small portion of my dad's cremains to have jewlery made of it. The lady at the counter was unhelpful and inserted a lot of her personal opinions, like where I should have my final jewlery piece sent and what the safest return address was. I know my situation better than she does. I left and will go through another location. This experience made a difficult time more difficult. If I could give 0/5 I would

The best Post Office in the United States, each clerk is always friendly and efficient, I’ve seen them treat everyone with humanity and a service attitude. The manager is awesome, I see her helping out and smiling when the line gets busy. The landscaper does a fantastic job with upkeep as well. Lastly, the clerks often have “technical issues” either with the label printer or the system being used, which is a shame and should be addressed. Otherwise this would be 5/5.

Great Post Office! They always scan packages left on the counter, which is a super big deal to an eBay seller like myself. They are pleasant and helpful, I'm grateful.

I go in today after calling to get a PO Box for our new city and the clerk at the counter was completely incompetent. Then I explain everything again to another personnel and they are unable to assist. Doesn’t surprise me. It was a simple verification of ID and forward to the new location. I stormed out of there! Just not worth my time. I don’t care what they do with my mail.

Deposited a (very expensive) package after hours into the drop box and it was stolen somehow. Apparently a lot of homeless people in the area come in at night and steal things. Fair warning.
