Save your time and money and go rent somewhere else were they care about customers service and clients. Mark the so called “store manager” lost a huge account with our company due to his ego. We will make sure to never rent anything from Verde Valley rentals.

The tools are in good shape. That commercial drain snake is a beast of a machine. It's the communication and lack of understanding that's the problem here.Rented me a tool at noon without mentioning they closed at 3. When I got back they were closed.
