Dr. Monica and Mike are hands down the most outstanding, warm hearted, personable and competent team for pet health and owner sanity, on this earth! They not only handled my kitties with absolute care and professionalism, but equally handled my naturally neurotic mind and all that is me. My 9-year-old and 12-year-old kitty had never been to the vet since I adopted them from the Humane Society, so I thought it was high time for a check up and I feel so relieved! If I knew this was going to be such an amazing experience all around I would’ve done it years ago. I will reach out to Dr Monica and Mike again and again! Don’t even think twice - this is coming to you from probably one of the most critical, cynical women around so you can take this to the bank.

The best Veterinarian I have ever had!!! The staff was so knowledgeable and compassionate while caring for my pet. And so kind to me! They knew exactly how to treat him. So great to have my Vet come to my home! Less trauma for my pets and me. Dr. Mongini and Mike are wonderful! Thank you so much!❤

Contrary to what Sundance said, this place is the best set of vet/services I have ever ever had business with. They are the most compassionate people I have ever met. My dog Nahla was in such a calm state when they came to my house. I understand why they are so busy and may fall behind, because if they treat each animal like they treated my Naha, they get 5 + stars. Thank you so much.I cannot wait for you to be my little Maxine's caregiver as I now have an 8 week old rescue.Again thank you,Carol

My Heros, 10000000 percent. Recently I had to put my beloved cattle dog to rest. They came to my house as scheduled. They were so kind and loving. I put my beloved Macy to rest and in bed and her living room with her family nearby. It was the hardest thing I've ever had to do, and they helped me through every step. After she passed away they too were very choked up. They're full of love and compassion. Being disabled I've never had a problem with them coming to my house and helping me with my animals. Thank you so much. It's been two months since my beloved Macey died, and when I look back at the process, I would not have been able to make it through without them. I truly love these people

I'm speaking for my mom, cause she didn't want to do it. But they came to put down her cat, and the whole reason she wanted mobile vet was so there was less trauma, and done in cats bed. Well when asked about 2 shot method, they said no. They could take her to the mobile unit and gas her first, then finish the process there. What's the point of having them come to your home!! I think they are very uncaring and only out to save money?!?! Maybe she was raised too long on the farm, where it's all about production, and not about caring for the animals....

I used Dr. Mongini and her assistant, Mike, for the first time this past Wednesday to help my beloved 17.5 yr old Yorkie peacefully cross over at home. The appointment was scheduled with a BROAD 2.5 hr window of time (10:30 am - 1 pm). Then, they called to tell me they were running behind schedule and didn't show up until nearly 2:30 pm. The extensive wait (filled with dread and anticipation) alone was nothing short of sheer torture for us.After a quick exam, options were discussed. A decision needed to be made. Then, there was a quick lecture, along with the standard informational speech about the euthanasia process; which I'm completely familiar with, or thought I was anyways. However, upon finding out she used an (ANTIQUATED!) 1-shot method (something I'd NEVER had ANY of my vets use before!) she offered me an out. Buddy was in a bad way. Neither of us were up for another night like the previous three nights. I couldn't make him wait another day and suffer any longer than he already had to find another vet. She assured me that yes, sometimes things go wrong during the process, but more often than not, it's fine. When she saw me hesitate, they both began a well-rehearsed sales pitch (like a couple of programmed Furbies, picking up where the other left off) trying to sell me on her 1-shot euthanasia method. The ONLY other time I'd EVER heard of a vet using this method was last year, when a good friend and farrier client of mine, used a vet who also used this method on their elderly boxer. My friend warned me NEVER use this method as it was extremely torturous and painful to the animal! However, she failed to mention the name of the vet she used. (I wished I'd called her first!)Consequently, not only did Sadie needlessly suffer a HORRIFICALLY painful ending, but her entire family, including the children who grew up with her, were traumatized beyond belief by the entire experience! It was their first experience with having to put an animal down. When I questioned Monica and Mike if she was the one who put Sadie down, at first they immediately denied knowing my client or remembering this particular dog. It happened over a year ago, so I offered more details to jar their memories and they insisted it wasn't them. They outright lied THREE times to my face! (I later called my friend and discovered that yet, it WAS them!)By this point, it's now way after 3 pm. Too late to contact and schedule another vet. I wished I had. (Another night together like the previous three nights would have been more preferable than what happened next!)My whole reason for having a vet come here to the ranch to help Buddy cross over PEACEFULLY was to help him have a good journey to the other side. Instead, Buddy's passing was anything BUT peaceful! In fact, it was BARBARIC, TRAGIC, TORTUROUS and GUT-WRENCHING! Not just for him, but for us to witness as well! My entire pack was completely FREAKED OUT of their minds, who STILL to this day, (4 days later), have NOT recovered! After nearly a full minute of my poor little guy wailing at the top of his lungs in absolute agony, when he finally freed himself from his body, he BOLTED across Rainbow Bridge as fast as possible to get as far away from this world as possible! I've not seen him since and my fur babies ALWAYS come home and let me know they made it to the other side!Of course, seeing the expression on our faces, Monica and Mike quickly offered the lame excuse that Buddy was just "overreacting" to the needle being put in his leg. Then the vein supposedly collapsed and they had to do it all over again in the other leg, while he was still very conscious! She caused Buddy needless pain & suffering all to save a few bucks and time by not doing it right by sedating him first, as any truly compassionate and kind vet would have done! There were good things about them both, too. But, if a vet can't get the end of life part right and lie to client's faces, it doesn't matter how professional they are. Had she just used the 2-shot me

I would 1000% recommend the Roaming Vet.Tonight, I had to put down my amazing cat of 17 years and couldn’t be more appreciative to Dr. Monica and Mike for squeezing us in at the end of their busy day and making the process as least upsetting as possible for us both.Xia absolutely hated the car, so the idea of having her last moments involve what she despised most (plus just the general stress of a vet waiting room) was massively bothering me. Thankfully, a friend mentioned having a vet come to my house and it made the experience so much more peaceful. I just walked outside with her in my arms, along with her blankie and favorite toy, and into their RV. Her last moments were full of gentle pets, calm loving words and her favorite catnip toy as her last snuggle.I will definitely be using them in the future (just on better terms) for general health checkups/shots on my other cats.RIP my lil Z-Z Top❤️
