The reason for the 5 stars is do to one employee. Andres! We were getting over charged on our monthly agreement and he took the time to dig in and fix it. Great customer service

Went into Verizon this morning and was having problems with my phone. The lady, cannot remember her name, was helping customer in front me and was rude to her. Made her feel like an idiot because she was trying to get info. on how to fix her phone. This man walked in and right away this rep. went to help this man even though we were there first. She left the customer in front of me to help this man. Meanwhile I was also waiting as the energy on my phone was getting low. I was there to find out why my phone gets low really quick She was ignoring us. I waited awhile and then customer and I walked out of store. I will never go there again as that was such a bad experience. Terrible customer service.

I was in desperate need of help after a situation with AT&T. Switching over to Verizon was stress free and such a relief.Emma welcomed me into the store and solved all my problems!Emma was amazing ?Straightforward communication ?And Great customer service ?

Service is AWFUL! I have an email offering a free phone if I add a line to my account. No such offer is available at this store. The representative was paranoid that I might see proprietory information on his computer? What proprietary information? Was he afraid that I would see the offers really available to me. Very rude. I have been with Verizon for over 18 years and am on the verge of changing providers. This is a authorized store not really a Verizon store. He said he can order me a phone but couldn't mail it to me it could only be mailed to his store. ??? WTH

This guy Skye is amazing! Handled 5 walk-in and kind the whole time. Smart and knows his product!! Went to the other Verizon store and the guy there would only help transfer data from one phone to the other for $30 and anyone else in the store would charge $70!! Skye didn’t charge at all for any of his kindness. SKYE KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I hope the right people read this and give this guy a raise! GOOD EMPLOYEES ARE HARD TO FIND AND EVEN HARDER TO KEEP! Appreciation goes a long way, but a raise says THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO!!My sister is fighting cancer and the other Verizon store stressed her out and this Verizon store was such a great experience!!BRAVO SKYE!!

I've bought 4 phones here since 2009. 2 have been defective and my first S6 was ruined by Lollipop update (Samsung replaced it). My i12 is a horrible phone. I went to swap it for S22. 4 visits to store (including an appointment for last attempt) and they still could not shift me from old to new phone. Grossly understaffed, dont care attitudes, their system crashed two of my visits. Going over to ATT. They are staffed and eager to help. Adios Verizon, thanks for expensive, poor quality service.

Wow! I was so impressed with the great customer service from Skye at this location. He took care of every single thing and made sure that I was completely happy by the end of our meeting. If you want to be sure you get the right product for you, this is the store to go to. Very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. 5-STARS for sure!

Preston was so helpful resetting my phone for me. My phone had been stuck on screen readout for 3 days & sounded like a chipmunk on too much coffee. He made it so I still had my phone without having to replace it nice kid!!!!

We mistakenly thought this store was owned by Verizon, based on the outside signage. When we went in to use our iPhone insurance we were informed otherwise. Apparently we were not the first customers to ask about insurance support, as the clerk cheerfully gave us the phone number for Verizon insurance claims and told us how the entire process worked. We left satisfied that we knew what to do and to expect. Good job, treating us like your own customers!
