It may not be super fancy or have the highest end groceries! But it is staffed and ready for you and your hungry family! I've even gotten a new battery for my truck in the automotive section that's still doing well. The greeters could be a bit more friendly but aside from that this place rocks. Cheapest groceries whether it's food, face wash, shampoos, mouse traps! Best place in cottonwood by a long shot.

This Walmart is super clean, it's huge, and has everything you need! It wasn't busy at all and most everyone seemed friendly! We stopped in here to get necessities while traveling through on our road trip. The store was very organized and we got everything we needed, and left in a jiffy! I'd recommend and I'd definitely be back if I ever make it out this way again!

This just hasn't been sitting right with me. I went to Walmart twice in two days each day I go in there's a old white man at the door asking for receipts but he was only asking people of color each time I saw even though the person he asked bought one thing and the receipt was on top of his single item. Still got stopped. Did I get stopped even though I also had one item and my receipt on top? I did not and this has happed multi times. I used to work at Sam's club and I would get accused of being racist for asking for membership cards but the difference is I asked everyone. These people are not. Either ask everyone or just stop in general.

This review is for Walmart.com purchases. BEWARE! I was told that the defective item I ordered on their website is sold by another "seller" and Walmart will not refund my return. The seller has been non responsive and Walmart's attitude regarding my return is completely unacceptable. In my opinion, if I buy something on their website, then Walmart IS the seller. I have no intention of ever buying anything from Walmart again. Walmart sucks!

Toilets are freaking gross at the women's restroom in the front of the store. Employees are friendly but the restrooms.... Yuck!!! They also didn't have what I needed. Which was paper targets. Had to buy a metal one...

We in Cottonwood have no options for shopping except this dump--too many self-checks, poorly merchandised and no management on premise. Pharmacy is separate from store and seems a lot better but they often are understaffed. So in order to shop it's Prescott, Flagstaff, or Phoenix which at minimum is a 100 mile round trip. Can't someone help us?

This place needs a revamp. The customer service is trash. I wanted to buy stuff for my house and went their and they had no staff only staff working at the self check out. Very sad.

Place definitely needs an overhaul. Poorly stocked. Aimless moving of items to other aisles. Go to their website continuously for this exact location, and when item says it's on a certain aisle, it is never there. Have looked up several items over the last year, and never in its correct spot. Typical Walmart though, when you know they have that one simple item, you really don't want to go, but you know it will be quick and easy. Simply put, corporate needs to come in and do the makeover and overhaul, especially as the infrastructure of this area grows and this is the closest Walmart within an hour of here.

12:35 today I was exiting with my purchase. Apparently today there is a new policy. Everyone has to show their recipient as you exit the left door. I was there last night and that was not implemented. The women asked me for my receipt and I declined. There is no sign saying this; nor do I own a membership to Walmart. I refused and will never return. Not only do I have to deal with the unpleasant customer service now I am getting harassed to leave. No thank you. I will drive the extra 30 mins to Target I am calling the corporate office this is harassment.

I have had the worst experience I've ever had at this Walmart location and all thanks to the new employees you have in your entertainment section. I had the pleasure of meeting a scrawny blonde and a man with the greasiest hair I've ever seen be so unpleasant and ignorant because they were too ready to clock out. This man really said "I didn't see you waiting" as I had ALREADY DISCUSSED WANTING A TABLET AND BEING TOLD I HAD TO WAIT. I WAITED. THEY THEN PROCEEDED TO COMPLETELY IGNORE ME. Disgusting. Learn to treat your customers better and maybe take a shower. You have got to be the most ignorant unfriendly employees I've ever encountered here and I can only say I feel so lucky to not have to deal with you on a daily basis. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING!!! :) So glad I don't make minimum wage to work with ignorants like you!

Dirty store, under-staffed, slow-motion workers.....Took nearly 30 minutes to check out and watched the Manager open another lane and welcome the guests at the BACK of the line to go next......will NEVER shop here again

I shopped today at Walmart, Cottonwood, AZ. I had an encounter with a Walmart employee named Mona. She was incredqvily rude and not at all customer friendly. I try to be patient and forgiving of employees fulfilling other customer orders. Mona was rude and combative. When I approached her addressing her rudeness she continued with her rude and behavior. Not a good encounter. I am disappointed in her unfriendly behavior. I am disappointed.

I need to start looking at my receipts before I leave store. That's my fault. In the last few months I've visited store on Rodeo, the customer service is none. I have lost close to 20.00 because I was charged more for item than what was advertised. My previous issue I was charged for 2 cans of air freshener when I bought a double pack. There have been previous discrepancies before that. Yesterday Lil Miss Aspen must have just been promoted to a supervisor. She began telling me how I should talk to her associate? What? I was upset I was being over-charged AGAIN. I even told Sarah, this was not directed at you, but I want to speak with your manager. That's when I had pleasure of meeting Aspen; she needs to get some customer service skills. I was the customer, regardless of what Sarah told Aspen, Aspen should have asked my concern. Before me taking her over to the cherry tomatoes I was buying, she already had her mind made up. She said, I'm not taking 1.00 off for your inconvenience because tomatoes were marked correctly. Aspen was correct; my mistake seeing price UNDER item, like most your items are marked, made it look like they were 2.98 and not 3.98. These younger people who don't have respect need to look beyond her own nose. I could not hear comments Aspen and Sarah were making, but obviously about me. If Aspen is to continue in the supervisor position, she may need to be retrained. Coming into your store these days are a dread!
