Be careful... read the reviews. The bank Tellers are viciously disrespectful to elderly. Google revies say the same thing. Investers complain that they harrass all over their elderly clients. The teller on the left acts like he has tourettes and calls me stupid and the young bearded man laughs. They did this to me the last 5 transactions. I complained to corporate and asked them to view the videos of my last 5 transactions. They told me they won't look without a subpoena. Disgusting that corporate looks the other way. Read the Google reviews too. Do you want to support vicious people and the management does't care?

This is regarding the Wells Fargo branch in Cottonwood, AZ. ATM is not available when needed. Today is July 1, and people are going out of town for the holidays, and guess what? ,No ATM availability. Not acceptable, at all:(

Bad communication with customers. Not open on the weekends. Only have 2 "bankers" on at a time. We opened this account because we are a medical travel family and we were looking for a bank thats all over the country. This branch was very unhelpful. Do not recommend.

Edit: I was reached out to by Wells Fargo as you can see under this review. I decided to follow through and contact them to see if they could resolve this or make a difference in-store.They told me in 10 days I would be contacted to go over this matter further and I still have not received a reply. This is going on 14 days. They obviously don’t care enough to make a difference, so then don’t reply to my review! It still stands until it’s corrected!I’m never able to reach this branch by phone.Sometimes I like to talk to a teller about an issue to see if they will resolve it before taking time out of my busy week to come to an empty bank with no customers and be told I need an appointment. Are the ghosts making the appointments to where I can’t do a walk-in?? Or do your tellers just not want their commission giving me my new savings account?Absolute trashy customer service. I’ve been banking with Wells Fargo my entire working life and this branch makes me want to switch.I’d care enough to stay if they cared for enough to do their CUSTOMER SERVICE jobs.

I need to do something to balance these bad reviews. I have been with Wells Fargo in various parts of the country. I have always gotten good service, and there is no exception here. The staff are pleasant and helpful. On occasion, the line may be a bit long, but again that is true of any bank branch that is in a thriving area. Show me a branch bank that never has any line, and I will show you a location that is ready to be closed down. Maybe that's what happened in Cottonwood when they closed the BofA branch? And with the building empty and abandoned, you can be sure there's no line there anymore!

Cashed a check at the teller window. Teller abviously was having trouble scanning it. I asked if it was ok and she assured me it was fine. Wells Fargo later said it was illegible, took funds out of my account. Had to contact issuer of check and had to wait three weeks to get another check. Bad job Welles Fargo Cottonwood! Called customer service and talked to them for an hour and nothing! Been a customer for many, many years. Time to start looking for another bank!

Called so many times to schedule an appointment prior to driving from Camp Verde to Cottonwood. No answer on all attempts. Then arrived to a empty and quite bank, only to be told by a banker to come back at noon. The banker also said I needed to make an appointment. I replied “then answer the phone”. She replied “we are to busy to answer the phone”. I almost didn’t hear her over the sound of crickets. Terrible customer service. Can’t wait until my Camp Verde branch reopens!!!!
