“I washed a travel trailer, and the equipment worked well. I called first because of some negative reviews. No one on the phone seemed to know anything about the self-serve wash area other than it was there. However, they did say that if the equipment didn't work, my $ would be refunded. Fortunately, everything worked as it should. For larger rigs, I suggest that you pull into the wash stall and back out to exit. The turn to exit the stall if you pull straight out is a very tight turn. All that said, I would return.”
