“I always experience great service from Kassy (Cassandra) and Heather the Manager. ? I recently witnessed a customer being very rude and demanding towards Kassy, the shopper was abrasive and loud towards Kassy. Kassy explained very politely and kindly to the customer, that she did give her all of the discounts available on the items the customer was buying. This customer was trying to get all of her items, basically for free. Kassy is very hardworking and honest. The customer threw her stuff down and said I do not want any of it then, if you can not give me more discounts. The customer then told Kassy she was going to report her to Shahra and corporate. Kassy was extremely patient and kind with the customer, explaining she can not discount the items anymore than she already had. Afterward, the rude customer walked around the store raising her voice, badmouthing Kassy, about how Kassy was not a good employee and she was going to tell on her. I know, the customer was having a babyfit. Ugh. Kassy handled her with kid gloves.
I would also like to add, Heather the Manager is Wonderful. The store has really turned around, as far as stock available, cleanliness, and great customer service. Heather goes out of her way to help customers with their needs.”
